Awesome guy! Told him over the phone what I thought the problem was, came over, looked at one part on the unit and immediately began changing it out. His knowledge/experience knew exactly what was wrong...unit came right back on, good add new! And this was a night call...really appreciate it!

I cannot say enough great things about Gatlin’s — their customer service is absolutely incredible. I reached out on a Friday morning not expecting much, but within 10 minutes I had someone on the phone, and within an hour they were at my door and getting the job done. That kind of responsiveness is almost unheard of these days. If you’re looking for a company that actually values your time and shows up when they say they will, look no further. Gatlin’s has earned a customer for life!

Shawn Gatlin and his staff at Gatlin Heating and Cooling are the best! We have had some not so good service with other companies we’ve used in the past but I’m so glad we chose to use them to replace our unit. They were always very honest and courteous of our time! I recommend them to everyone. They are a must use for all of your HVAC needs!
