This Privacy Policy describes how GigoPro, Inc. ("GigoPro", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information about users of the gigopro.com website, mobile sites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is provided in accordance with applicable US federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and other state comprehensive privacy laws in effect as of 2026. Definitions

Key terms used in this Policy:

  10. GigoPro User. A homeowner or other individual who uses GigoPro to search for and hire home service professionals.
  11. GigoPro Online Platform. The online platform including software and databases hosted on GigoPro or its vendors' servers. It provides access to pro listings to help pros attract customers and manage their online reputation. The platform is publicly accessible at gigopro.com and its subdomains.
