GigoPro Consent to Personal Information Processing

I voluntarily, knowingly, and in my own interest give my consent to GigoPro, Inc. ("GigoPro" or the "Company") to process my personal information as described below.

1. I consent to the processing of my personal information through any action (or combination of actions), including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating (refreshing, modifying), retrieval, use, transmission (provision, access), deletion, and destruction. Processing may be carried out with or without automated means.
2. My consent covers the following categories of personal information: first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, email address, cookies, employer name, and any other information that I provide through forms on the platform.
3. I consent to the use of my personal information for the following purposes: personalizing my GigoPro account; providing the Services under the Terms of Service; securing my account; verifying my identity; improving the convenience of the GigoPro platform; improving the quality of the Services; analyzing usage and behavior on the GigoPro platform; and other purposes set forth in the Terms of Service.
4. I understand that GigoPro will process my personal information in accordance with applicable US federal and state privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, and other state comprehensive privacy laws in effect as of 2026, and, where applicable, the GDPR.
5. This consent takes effect when I provide it to GigoPro and remains in effect until the purposes of processing have been fulfilled or until I withdraw it.
6. I (or my authorized agent) may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting privacy@gigopro.com or by using the privacy tools in my GigoPro account (data export, deletion requests, and consent management). GigoPro may continue to process my personal information without my consent where it has a lawful basis to do so under applicable law.
7. This consent is provided in electronic form and is effective through my affirmative action in the relevant form.
8. I confirm that I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service posted on the GigoPro website.
