George came the same day I called and has very reasonable pricing! He was very friendly and got the AC going great in no time!

I have had the HVAC system at our condo in Auburn serviced by All Seasons for around 8 years. I have had dealings with numerous HVAC companies during 30 years of commercial real estate management, and I would rank George's work with the best I have employed here in Birmingham. I have always found the quality of service excellent. George has always been able to address our needs in a reasonable time frame, and I have found his pricing competitive. He is what I regard as a professional in his trade.

Did a very poor job of installing the pipe to my AC

Called them to get someone sent out to my business that I work at. & someone said that we could find someone else because they don't like dealing with businesses who have to go through corporate. Bad attitude. Bad customer service.

All Seasons came to our house to fix our air conditioner. On the phone, they explained that the cost for having someone come out would be $70. He did not say that it was $70 per hour. After spending two hours complaining about our unit and neighborhood, he found "no problem detected" and charged us $140. It was obvious he was not familiar with our brand of air conditioner, but instead of saying that from the beginning he continued to stay and look as though he was doing work.

After that, we called another company to come out. They quickly detected that we needed a new fan, went and picked up the part, and installed it within a few hours. It cost us $60. We felt that All Seasons was dishonest in their price and also less qualified than the other company. We were extremely displeased with our service with All Seasons and will not be using them again in the future.
