Steve worked us into Friday afternoon’s schedule, showed up on time and was super professional. Both our units were running hot at 90 degrees because we wired the Nest Thermostats wrong causing capacitors to burn out. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the wiring, replaced capacitors and got us back under 70 degrees in an hour’s time. Absolutely thankful. Signed up for an annual maintenance plan immediately after seeing the work. Grateful. Thank you.

My AC has not been functioning for weeks and causing a lot of trouble. First I brought in a different company to fix the issue and they could not figure it out. Then I called Casper. Steve came out the same day and fixed the issue, and they were very professional.

I cannot say enough about Casper Heating and Cooling! I reached out with an unknown issue and got same day service. After assessment, it was determined we needed additional assistance and Steve didn’t hesitate to give us further contacts. Once the issue was identified, Casper HVAC worked us in and came back out within a week of calling to repair our unit. Steve went above and beyond to help us and I am certain he will be our go to HVAC guy for years to come!
