Climatemp is the best in the business and their office staff is top notch. Jolie and the other ladies are always very helpful and all of the technicians are very professional and really know their stuff. Climatemp is the only company that I will allow to touch my HVAC system because I have used other companies in the area and have always had awful, over priced service. Thank you Climatemp!!!

Rob did an amazing job on my a/c unit was very professional and smart with his words as soon as he got to my house he got straight to work and didn’t stop till the job was done I was very impressed great worker!

Climatemp was very quick in getting a technician out when my heat went out at Christmas. Heather was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process, from waiting on the tech to arrive to ordering and scheduling our parts to be replaced. I will definitely be calling them for all my HVAC needs.

Rob Beck is such a nice young man. Very professional and covered everything with me step by step so I'd know where my money was going. Very impressed!

I was so impressed with our technician Robert not only was he there on time, he was very knowledgeable he explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done . Climatemp has maintained my AC/Heating needs for many years. They give reliable and dependable service. Jason is professional and thorough in his inspection and care of the equipment. Hands down best HVAC company in Baldwin and Mobile counties! Amazing technicians that are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Taylor was my technician and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Very professional and knowledgeable. Told me step by step everything he was going to do. Explained things to me in a way to where I could understand very easily. He even took my trash out to the can for me. (I had a trash bag sitting by the door to remind me to take it out.)highly recommend!

Scott Adams did a GREAT job. Not only did he complete the maintenance, he educated us on our thermostat options. We appreciated that he went above and beyond and will definitely ask for Scott again.

Had a guy named Brad come out to inspect our AC unit recently. He arrived promptly and was nothing short of professional. He actually took the time to explain the issues with our unit and I have a better understanding of my equipment because of it. I would highly recommend this company, especially if their technicians are anything like this guy.

Sott was very professional and made sure my system was operating as efficient as possible. I highly recommend Scott. In addition, Heather was able to schedule the appointment when was convenient and is a joy to work with.

Mr. Scott Adams was our service agent for our A/C checkup. He is very professional and took so much time to explain certain things to us. I had mentioned our heat was not or seem to be working properly and he showed us why and ordered the parts we needed and waited here for delivery. We were very pleased with his work and cleanup efforts. We certainly hope he will be available to service our home again when the time comes.

Highly recommend this company to any and every one . I called having questions on pricing and warranty info . Allison handled my call with the best level of customer service . Very polite and patient . She answered ALL of my questions ( trust me I had a lot ) . Great place ! Definitely recommend!

Rob is a very knowledgeable technician who helped get our thermostat (and unit) working again after another company had been out numerous times and changed a bunch of components and still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Highly recommended.

Rob came out on an emergency call when our ac went down. He fixed the problem & got it cooled back down in no time. Since then I signed up for their maintenance program. Rob always is on time. He is friendly & even let's my son watch him work. Rob is great & always takes good care of our unit.

Our upstairs return vent was leaking pretty significantly. I called Climatemp and immediately, I was impressed by the dispatcher, the office staff (Cindy was so very friendly) and the repair men who came out (Zion and Jordan). They were at my house within 2 hours of my call (on the earlier side of the 2 hour window I was given), and were friendly, professional and explained the entire procedure to me in layman’s terms. They were clean and respectful of my home. They even took time to explain the maintenance packages the company offered and which one would work for our home, without trying to sell me something that would break the bank. Honest and professional work is hard to come by these days. I look forward to this company servicing my home for years to come.
