I live in Dallas, TX and due to the storm that came through there are no water heaters in Dallas at this time. I googled the store and spoke with Chris to see if there was any way they could use my FEDEX number and ship me a unit. I know this is an unusual request, and he walked me through the process, explaining what would need to be done in order to make that happen. He was professional, friendly and efficient, and they even drove my until to the shipping location so I didn't have to request a driver pick up. We've been through such an ordeal here and Chris defiantly made me life easier! A GREAT BIG TEXAS SIZED THANK YOU!
