With 45 minutes of calling, they had a technician on his way. He was friendly and helpful and able to fix our AC unit. Cheapest service fee in the area, will use them again!

I know these people very very well. These guys do very nice quality work and are some of the best people you'll ever deal with. Very nice and respectful and do amazing work. I highly recommend if you need anything done with your AC or heat these are the ones you want to do it.

Years ago we needed a new heating and air system, Tri County did an excellent job recommending the best size and type of system for our home. A few years ago a pump went out after several floods, they replaced it with no hassle and only charged for the very low cost service call. Today was the 2nd really warm day of the season (80ish degrees) our AC wasn’t cooling like it normally did. One call this morning, Tri County was here this afternoon and quickly found the wires a chipmunk or squirrel chewed through, again- quick service and a bill so reasonable (low?) I had to ask if it was correct!

I cannot recommend Tri Counties enough! Extremely accommodating and so friendly! Jay was very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and was fixed within the hour. They’ll be my first to call every time!

I called and within 3 hours the AC was working! We have used Tri Counties Heating & AC before ( after having another company come and charge us 3 times and still not fix the problem). These guys are GREAT! Don't waste your time or money with anyone else!
