We had our new home AC looked at by Jeff. We were already down 3 ibs on refrigeration due to loose/leaking valves. We also had minor issues with our attics units, like pipe grommets not installed and just throw in the drain pan by new construction contractors. Jeff showed me all his findings and explained how I could fix the small stuff. He was polite, friendly, even wore boot covers inside. Definitely give these guys a call to get on their plan with these new homes. Thanks, Jeff!

Even though we learned we have to get a new unit at 17k. The young man here Johnny was outstanding. Every now and then I run into a young man that makes me hopeful for that generation well he is one of those. Your service from the support Johnny gave us to the installers was outstanding. I was having trouble with my 3 Ton Gas Pack unit. Jeffrey from Air Outlook Inc came out promptly and educated me on some of the internal components and why it was failing. I appreciate that a lot because I like to learn about various systems and how they function to improve my understanding.

After diagnosing, Jeffrey explained to me my options. I went ahead and scheduled to replace the unit.

Joel was the installer on my job. Him and his son were very professional and polite. They got my new unit set up and running in no time.

The price was fair and the service was fantastic, which I feel is hard to find these days — honest, good working people.

I highly recommend Air Outlook. They earned me as a future customer as long as I live in this area. Thank you.

I was seeking a second opinion after my existing service provider painted a picture of doom.
Air Outlook showed me where corners may have previously been cut, and how inaccurate information may have been fed to me by overlooking some of the details that were otherwise obvious to Air Outlook.

I’ve had HVAC service contracts for more than 20 years. This was by far the most thorough checkup I have ever experienced. I was made aware of all my system issues and areas of possible improvements, but was not pressured to have any immediate repairs. I strongly recommend this HVAC company.

Great company been with them for a while now, reasonable prices. keep track of when we need check ups. Trey came out early today to do a check up of our ac and heating. He did a great job of explaining things and why needed to be fixed.

Johnny Cooper with Air Outlook is a fantastic technician. He was early to the appointment, polite, and cleaned up. We had to have a difficult conversation about full replacement of my HVAC unit and he handled it very well. I would happily recommend him yo anyone for the HVAC service or replacement needs. I liked them so much, that I added my parents to the membership plan as well.

Trey serviced our Air Conditioner to check to see if it had any issues. He was very professional. He allowed me to follow him, and he explained things to me without making me feel incompetent. I definitely recommend him for Air Conditioner needs.

Trey was super nice! He went above and beyond to show me the unit, what temperatures my vents were shooting out, and what the standard reading should be for inside and outside the unit.

He was extremely helpful, and I’m glad they worked with such prompt service.

Such a phenomenal experience. Called with AC unit acting up, in the middle of the day, and Jeffrie worked us in. He took the time to assess and explain what options were. First class service, and then he came back later than evening, to update the system! 5 stars.

Jeffrey was nice and quickly figured out all the issues. He was also not afraid to climb into our tiny cave of a crawl space where the opening is so small many people wouldn't even fit. Big ups

I took advantage of the 79.00 ac tune upfrom Air Outlook inc. Jeffrey was my technician and he was great. He explained in terms that I could understand(lol) every step that he was doing. Explained his diagnostic findings in full detail. Will definitely use again. Thank you Air Outlook Inc.

Steven was wonderful!!! It had been years since I got my HVAC checked out. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me, and showing me all the components of the system itself! My HVAC was really dirty! He did a beautiful job! I also signed up for the monthly membership, which is only $15 and it gives several perks

Steven was very patient and explained everything very well that even I, an unknowledgeable individual, could understand what was wrong and what needed to be done to help fix. And he did a wonderful job fixing our air conditioner, I can feel it now as I sit here writing this review. They acted quick in responding to my call and Steven was very helpful, I appreciate the service done!

Work was completed in a timely manner. Areas were left clean. Minor issue was quickly addressed. Good communication throughout the entire process.
