From day 1, Sensigreen has been on top of things and very professional. The customer service rep Kady is exceptional and is a superstar at the company going above and beyond the call of duty. The installers and sales guy Chris also make the experience with the company top notch! Love them.

my parents AC went out during the hottest days this week with my dad out of town. I looked to see who they used and called to let them know it wasn’t working. They have the fantastic maintenance agreement, the receptionist was great and scheduled something for the same day. It was much appreciated. Trace was the technician that came to the house. Very polite, professional, and was not pushy and trying us to buy something. The damper had frozen and he gave us options, which was very much appreciated with my dad being out of town. I would highly recommend this company as well as their technician Trace!

Sensigreen is an outstanding company. They perform the maintenance on my HVAC system. They are punctual, courteous and skilled at their craft. I am extremely happy with the service they provide and happily recommend them for purchase on a new HVAC system or maintenance.

They were great. Their prices are about 1000 cheaper than their competitors for the same unit. They ordered the until and let us use two portable air conditioners until the unit came. Amazing service, products, and people! Had an unrelated issue a few days after a new AC unit was installed in my house. Not only did I receive a reply at 10:30 PM, but guys showed up the following morning at 8:00 to fix it!! Can’t say enough good things about this company! AWESOME!!

Update from Previous Review: The owner called me about the estimate issue and did more than I expected to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend their services.

From the initial estimate to the completed job, working with Chris and Kady at Sensigreen was great. I was sold at the initial quote but I did my due diligence and got several estimates. Chris was great with all my questions and patient while I made my decision. I would go with Sensigreen again.

Sensigreen made an emergency visit to for a heat pump that had literally frozen (outside compressor covered in ice). The technician efficiently diagnosed the problem and got the heat flowing again.

Trace was very nice, I have been pleased with all their technicians and phone ladies! Thank you!
