Took great detail in the service of all 3 units.
Had to replace a breaker on unit. A little over priced for a breaker. But, I dont do attics anymore.

I have had only good experiences with Riley since I began using them. My outside AC unit had stopped working, so I contacted them for a service call. They sent Technician Gage out the very next day. He was able to ascertain that the issue was merely a disconnected wire, which he repaired. He was friendly and speedy and knowledgeable. I am also glad to have a VIP account with Riley, as I enjoy priority service calls and pay way less for that privilege. Plus, I feel more secure having 2x per year regular maintenance calls included. Highly recommend!

Shane and Gage were fantastic! We called another company before calling Riley’s and we will NEVER make that mistake again. They were very diligent in making sure I understood what was going on and took the time to explain every option available to us. Called Riley at about 11:30 sun morning, A/C was fixed by 2:45. Great service, friendly tech that came out, price was great IMO. Will definitely call Riley again if needed. They even send you a Pic of the tech that is coming to your house, which I found amazing! Great company.

I sent an appointment request on Tuesday night and they called me first thing Wednesday morning and a technician was here by 9am. He repaired my hvac system by 11 am and was very nice and informative. I will call them again and I am going to have them start servicing my unit twice a year.

Just had to share how awesome my experience was with Riley Heating and Air. I had an issue with my AC, and they sent out Beau—seriously one of the nicest, most down-to-earth techs I’ve ever met.

Beau went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right and making sure you're comfortable.

He took the time to explain what was going on with my system in a way I could actually understand (no tech jargon). What impressed me most was how thorough he was. He didn’t just do a quick fix—he walked me through his process, checked for underlying issues, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

The tech that came out to my house initially (Beau), sales person (Shane), and Ignacio and his whole crew that installed our units are awesome. Contacted Riley for a HVAC inspection. Beau arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. Beau was efficient, provided pictures and documented his work. Excellent.

If you want true professionals on all levels Riley heating and Air is the company.I highly recommend. I promise you will not have to wait 2 to 3 business days to get a call back, your call will be answered the same day. On every occasion that I have contacted Riley heating and Air , I would be given an appointment within 45 minutes of that call on the same day or they would get someone to come out the next morning.Everytime I called I've never had to wait when having an issue with my air unit. Keep up the amazing work.

Our technician came and confirmed our fears, within 15 mins a team was here to go over our options and availability. I never get pressured to purchase and was given time to get a second option. Once scheduled it was only a matter of days before the installation began. The installers came on time, put down canvas tarps to protect the floors and kept everything super clean (we have small children so this was important). Six hours later the job was done and the old unit was taken away. Afterwards we were sent an email to confirm our satisfaction with the technicians and cleanliness, we were also sent a thank you package by the company complete with locally made cookies. Our unit works amazingly, the new Wi-Fi thermostat makes changing the settings through the app a breeze (especially after being at the park for hours… I just want to come home to something attic). I waited to make this review until I knew I was happy with the unit, as well as, the company’s performance and honestly I’m glad I did, because I can say without a doubt I would recommend them to family.

Mr. Mays was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and had very good recommendations. I will 100% keep using Riley heating and air and highly recommended them!!

I want to say that I was very impressed with the service and installation of my AC and heating unit. The first person to come out to My home was Shane Rathel. Very informative sales person who showed me everything I needed. Did not try to over sale and quoted me a price that I was very happy with. The installers that came out. Was very professional and knowledgeable of their craft. Mario, Ignacio, Michael came to my home at 8 AM and finished shortly before 5 o’clock. They made sure every attention to detail was made. I want to give the installers special kudos for all that they did. I highly recommend Riley heating and air, and will also continue to have them service Both of my units.
