This Christian owned family business went over the top with effort, material and efficiency while installing a driveway and culvert for us. On top of all that, their price was very reasonable.

MC Property Solutions definitely lives up to the “solution” part of their name! We recently moved onto a small amount of acreage with a shop in the center of property. After calling and scheduling an estimate visit, Tim came out and provided inputs and ideas for accessing the shop via a new driveway surfaced with highway blacktop millings. I received an estimate back within 72 hours and quickly learned from our plumber that the route that I had proposed would cut across our septic drainfield. Tim dutifully returned to survey a new proposed routing and promptly got back with me for a new estimate. On the day of installation he and his crew arrived promptly and accomplished the task thoroughly and professionally. Throughout the process, communication was easy and responses were forthcoming and at the conclusion the project was in-line with the time and cost estimate. I would highly recommend calling MC Property Solutions and let them tackle the challenges on your property.

Tim and MC Property Solutions did my driveway that was in terrible shape. I reached out to them via text message on a Sunday evening. Tim met with me at my house the following day to discuss what I needed done and gave me a quote. The very next day, to my surprise, they began the project that consisted of cutting in a ditch along the drive for water runoff, building the driveway up with fill dirt, slagging the drive with #57 gravel and adding Gabion stone in a couple spots along the drainage ditch. From start to finish it took them just 2 days, not to mention they actually done more work than expected by lining the whole draining ditch with Gabion stone. Needless to say MC Property Solutions exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a raw piece of land and contacted MC through my neighbor. Tim was very responsive and met me on the property to provide an accurate quote for what I was wanting to do. Work completed and I am extremely pleased with the end product. Great quality, great price and great customer Service.

Absolute TOP NOTCH! I have a dilemma... On one hand Tim does fantastic work and deserves to be recognized. On the other hand if word gets out just how good this company is, his schedule will fill up and I won't be able to get in.

3-17-25 Two more jobs completed by Tim and I am extremely happy.
1) New driveway... Had an old, dirt drive full of ruts with little to no gravel. Tim's crew gave me about 50 yds of driveway, parking for 3 vehicles, and a perfectly placed turnaround. Very happy

2). New water line. INCREDIBLE SERVICE... When an old, existing waterline from the street to the house proved to be compromised, Tim replaced the entire run. Just a few days later ON A SUNDAY it mysteriously developed a dramatic leak. I sent Tim a message hoping to get on his Monday schedule but was floored when he assured me he would get it fixed that day. Though Tim has a crew, he personally came out and tackled this messy job himself. This is a good man and leader as he respected his employee's time off.

2-25-25 Hired Tim and his crew to demolish an old farmhouse, clear some trees, build the pad for our new manufactured home, install the power pole, and reconnect water/sewer. He outbid his competitors, finished ahead of schedule, and overall did a fantastic job! I especially appreciated that his experience led him to recognize and proactively fix a potential drainage issue "because I don't want you to have problems in the future." I have since hired him to install a new driveway.

I have to say that MC property solutions does amazing work.Cory is very detailed about the work he does. Very good communication and very fast in finishing the project that we had done.
