My A/C went out a couple days ago. I called for estimate with two to four companies. I received the estimates and found them to be very expensive.
I went on Google search for A/C and I found American Cooling and Heating. I spoke with Scott Morgan and he gave me honest advice and great prices.
He send his guy to my house the same day and the next day my new A/C was installed. I highly recommend American Cooling and Heating to my friends and family. Thank you very much Mr. Scott.

Our heat pump stopped heating. We were told by one company that inspected the unit that it was our condenser and we would have to replace the unit. We were told by a few other companies the same thing and given quotes to purchase a new unit. We contacted this company, American Cooling and Heating, and told them the exact same thing. Over the phone, they gave us the best price on a new unit and came out to measure. Upon inspecting the unit, the technicians discovered it was a short circuited wire. They fixed it and said eventually we would need a new unit but not right now. Our heat is perfect and we found the perfect company to purchase our next unit when it's required. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. This is a rarity these day. Thank you! You have our business.

It's the middle of summer, I work from home, and my A/C quit. I called an A/C service company and they diagnosed the problem as the variable speed blower motor and quoted $1800 to replace it - once it was back in stock - in 5 to 7 days. Or, they could replace the whole unit for $7000 - $10,000, depending on options. I called several other air conditioning companies in the valley for quotes on a new heat pump. Most of the places that I called wanted to send a "Sales Technician" to the house, rather than give me a price over the phone. The other companies, that would give me a quote over the phone, were in the same price range as the first company. I spoke to Scot at American Cooling and Heating. He quoted me a price that was several thousand dollars less, was in stock, and could be installed same day. He specified that the quote was "No Surprises" - the number that he quoted me was the number I was going to pay - no hidden fees. Scot, as well as the service technicians that installed the unit were polite, easy to work with, professional - and had cold air blowing through my house that same day. I would absolutely recommend American Cooling and Heating.

Scott provided us excellent customer service with my Mom's brand new Goodman air conditioning unit. They went the extra miles in satisfying my Mom with all her demands. She is 93 years old but very alert and very picking with anything she purchases. They came out on a minutes notice on late Saturday to install a working motor to my Mom's old AC so she can have cool air until her new unit arrived on Monday at no charge. George Brazil wanted to charge her $1000 just for the motor that could not be installed until Monday. You don't need to overpay company's like George Brazil to get a quality unit, installation and warranty. The cost and warranty of this new unit with American Cooling and Heating saved her about $2,800. I will definitely do business with Scott again for my home air conditioning units.

Scott was awesome from the get go. Answered all my questions over the phone plus didn't upsell me. Told me there were things I didn't need. This guy knows his stuff. After our conversation he texted me the information that we had talked about. Obed came out the next day to see what he needed. Obed did the install the following week. Great job efficient and hard worker. Everything went so smoothly. The price that Scott quoted from our first conversation was the price I paid. He is very organized, honest and a great guy to work with. Thank you for making this so easy for me.

I am so thankful for finding American Cooling and Heating. We had another company who installed a new unit and it would not cool our house so we had it removed. I called two companies and the second was to American. I spoke to Scott about our situation and after answering a few questions he knew exactly what the problem was. He explained it in a way that totally made sense. He told me the cost and promised we would have cold air before they left. In 109 degree temperature outside I can't imagine how they worked in our attic for so long replacing duct work that had been crushed by the previous company. After they finished they checked our vents and made adjustments to get each room equally cold instead of having that one room hot or colder than the rest. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. We couldn't be happier with our new unit, the installation and our house was cold before they left as promised. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Wow, what great service and value. We were right in the middle of selling our home when the A/C went out. I called around and Scot gave us the best price and was able to come out within a week or so to get the job done. I am so grateful that we found him. They do great work and only offer the best products. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new A/C or HVAC system or repairs.

My experience with American cooling and heating has been nothing but pleasant. I needed to get HVAC installed in a pinch on rental property and they provided the fastest service. The work was excellent and communication top notch and price affordable. Very responsive, quality work and professionals.

I called and spoke with Scott on Tuesday 6/22 at 3:45PM. By 4:30 I had service tech Dave here and diagnosing our AC issue. It didn't take Dave long to figure it out and within 35-40 minutes we had nice cold air blowing again. Pricing was fair and honest. I will always use American Cooling as my first choice when handling our AC needs. Thank you Scott and Dave!

American Cooling was the lowest of a dozen telephone bids for a great 5 ton Ruud HVAC installation. The service technicians were very friendly and courteous. We felt very comfortable having the technicians inside our home. The new unit works flawlessly, and the heat pump being used at this review blows warmer air than our replacement Trane unit. The company promptly fixes any problem that may arise, and are unbelievably generous and professional.
In summary, they are by far the best air conditioning company I have experienced in my life.

After dealing with two other A/C companies I was lucky to find American Cooling and Heating. (Thank God)! This company installed a new HVAC in less than two hours at my house. The person who installed it, (SHAWN), was amazing and highly professional. I can't say enough about him and also Scott who works inside their office. The price of the unit was one of the best I was quoted. The warranty and labor agreement was fair. They provided a contract at the beginning with the price stated on it, and it was the ending price. (No hidden surprises). All and all I will be a forever customer. I can't say enough about this company.

Excellent service! They showed up same day to make sure of what was needed for install. Then they came back 2 days later for the install. Started promptly at 5am. With temps reaching record breaking heat they had a new ac system installed and running by noon. Half the price of the big companies that advertise on the radio and better service. Thank you Scott!!

Spoke with Scott on the phone, received immediate quote (which was never altered) after he had a chance to review, followed by a schedule date (next day!) should I decide to move forward. After that there was no pressure or sales tactics, just a straight-forward "here is what we can install at this particular cost, and here is when we can do it". The rest was up to me. The installers (Todd & Rick) showed up exactly as advised, did exactly what they said they would do, and completed the install as planned. They also took the time to help with reinstalling a faulty 2ndry breaker in my service panel which was identified during the power-up phase of the new unit, and they upgraded the new thermostat from a regular digital to a programmable digital before finishing. Note that the thermostat upgrade was a result of my miscommunication prior to the install, not anything that they did wrong. The upgrade took maybe all of ten minutes to swap one for the other. These guys were terrific, and I plan to make American Cooling & Heating will be my new "go to" A/C company!!

Honestly, I never take the time to write a review but I could not help myself this time. AC&H is absolutely one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had in my 64 years. Not just the best C&H company, but from the top down, the best company period. If I could buy stock in this company I would do it in a minute. Have an issue that Scott and his crew can service and you will not be disappointed!

My first truly positive HVAC experience here in the Phoenix area. Straight shooters, no gimmick inducements or hyping of extra feature laden equipment. Terrific service and unmatched price.

I had my rooftop AC replaced. I obtained 7 quotes.

I obtained several quotes from the AC companies that advertise heavily on TV. Not surprising their quotes were significantly higher (to cover their advertising costs).

I also obtained quotes from AC companies with strong online reviews. Only one company came somewhat close to American Cooling’s price but couldn’t match American Cooling’s warranty.

American Cooling is run by Scot. He picks up the phone when you call. All the other companies I called had a dispatch person answering calls.

Scot has an extensive background in designing and installing large commercial AC jobs. So, residential work is very simple for him. He patiently answered all my questions and promptly responded, even on weekends. I’m so glad I went with Scot’s recommendation on unit size and unit type. He didn’t try to up-sell me (to make more money) and he didn’t try to down-sell me to make a quick sale.

I would trust Scot to replace my elderly mom’s AC and highly recommend him to my friends. He relies on word of mouth for business, not advertising. So, he has a strong interest to make sure his customers are happy.

Scott requires his installers to text him a complete set of photos of the finished work before the installer can leave. Scot makes sure the work is done right. He did just that for me. As soon as the work was done, Scot registered my unit.

My new AC unit is 4 months old now and it’s keeping me nice and cool during this hot summer.

If you read this far... here’s a tip. All AC brands, including Trane, use the same parts. Trane’s advertising makes it seem like they’re a premium brand. As a result, they’re able to charge a premium price. Scot does installs Trane. He quoted me the best price on a Trane unit but he quoted me an even better price on a RUUD unit. Very glad I went with the RUUD unit.

Just got 1 new heat pump package A/C unit from American Cooling and Heating. I solicited 4 quotes and American Cooling and Heating offered the best product at the best price by far. They answered all my questions and concerns regarding the system and the installation. Got the curve and unit really fast, came when they said they would come. Easy to work with. Installation very professional and clean installation. They registered the warranties the next day for me. I was a great overall experience and would highly recommend them!

When our a/c went out, I called American Cooling and Heating for a repair. The technician arrived within two hours! What a relief, considering we have a two year old in the house.
We were amazed by the technician's knowledge. He explained everything to us and it made us feel comfortable knowing we would have our unit repaired so quickly. He even showed us the parts. We had a working system within a few hours!

Just got 2 new AC Heater packages from American Cooling and Heating. I solicited 4 quotes and AMCH was by far the best price. They came when they said they would come. Easy to work with. Did a great timely job. Installation was clean and professional, they sealed and coated the units. They registered the warranties the next day for me. I was just thrilled with the overall experience and would highly recommend them!

I needed a new ac unit so I shopped online but was frustrated by the experience! All required that you fill out a form first and wait for a quote to be e- mailed. I just happened to get a person to speak to without the normal runaround. I talked to Scot who answered all of my questions as well quoted me a price for the whole job. Even when I called later on he honored the price he gave me with an upgrade for the unit that. I received the quote on was not available at the time. I was able to get the unit installed the next day and it was done professionally by Shaun and his helper. I can only say that I had the best experience throughout with an honest business. I would definitely recommend Scot and company in a heartbeat and you can quote me on that!

I had the company come out to check why my a/c wasn't blowing cold. They found that my compressor was bad and gave me a few options in to going about fixing it. I decided to go with a completely new unit because of the price of the compressor and a couple of other issues I was having with it (always needing recharged). Even though they were extremely busy and booked for the entire week, Scot got a crew over to the house. The crew showed up at 4:30 in the afternoon and I thought these guys would be drained from working all day. Boy was I wrong. The three came in like it was their first job of the day, happy and ready to get the job done. It took them about 4 hours to do a complete install. Never once did I here any negativity from any of them about the install. The crew was extremely nice and polite to talk to throughout the process. I would highly recommended this company for any of your a/c needs. I know I get hesitant about calling for a/c repair but this company makes it easy because you can trust them and the people they employ. 5 stars.
