They were very responsive with the problem we had with our a/c.Sal was very helpful and made sure we were able to stay cool in my house. Zack and Sal provided excellent customer service and diagnosed and explained the issues involved in a manner I could understand. They were respectful, provided excellent work and worked with expediency. Sal went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had pertaining to the installation. He even helped me sync the new system to my phone and explained the different features to use on the app. I am highly satisfied with the installation, and I have no hesitation to recommend their services.

First off allow me to say that Sal is amazing. He was so respectful of our home. Wearing shoe coverings and laying tarps to protect our carpet. He went through with pictures and video and showed me the problem exactly. Walked me through the solution. The price was at least 5x less than another “large” HVAC would have charged. I trust Sal. Honest and professional. If you have an HVAC issue this is the company to call. A+++++++++

They should have called Sal in the first place. Within 20min he had the correct diagnosis and it wasn’t a need to replace the compressor at the tune if $1500 from A*r*r*s. He was in time and explained everything he wanted to do to correct the issue, along with pictures as proof. He’s the real deal in knowledge and integrity. It’s too bad there’s only one of him. Definitely recommend to everyone! Sal came into my house and immediately new what was wrong with my hvac unit. After calling a few different hvac companies no one was able to fix my unit and tried charging me thousands of dollars to fix it, which wasn’t even the problem. It’s been hard for me to trust but after dealing with sal it’s been a blessing that fact he was able to fix the issue so quick and the cost wasn’t even close to the other companies. He showed up a hour after I called him!
