Excellent service and came the same day we called ! Very very reasonable cost. I was prepared to pay twice as much. Pointed out and corrected the previous repairman’s mistakes. We will definitely be calling Ken at Precise Air for any other issues we may encounter. Thank you again, guys.

We live in Gilbert, and they did an incredible job, they came out right away when we called about our old units leaking….they gave us a great deal on 2 brand new Trane units and were very responsive and did a great job with installation and we never were without air the whole time!!! Really nice guys and they were very accommodating!!! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing service or repair on their air conditioning units!!

We got back from dinner around 7:30pm and noticed the air conditioning was not working. Called Precise Air & heating at 8:30pm and they arrived by 8:50pm. Very quick and knowledgeable of the issues and got to work immediately. Had the Air up and running by 9:30. Will be using them in the future.

So glad to have discovered Precise Air and Heating. I first spoke with Kevin who was very kind and honest who quoted me the best price I found for installing a new condenser fan motor and capacitor as mine was still working, but was 12 years old and wearing out. Within a few days his brother Ken came out who was equally kind and honest and did a great job with the new install. Now my condenser is running so much quieter and the AC working perfectly. I greatly appreciate the expertise, kindness, years of experience and especially the honesty that both of these talented fellows demonstrate. I very highly recommend Precise Air, as a company is only as good as the people who run it and these fellows and their company are top notch!

A/C repair in Scottsdale AZ Ken fixed my heat and thermostat also fixed wires. My system is heating great now.

Kevin did an amazing job with a difficult repair. I appreciate the honesty of what was needed (a new unit) but that he was able to at least do the smaller repair so we can have cool air again. I was very thankful for the very quick response time and him coming out right away. He was also the second opinion I sought out after a different company came out initially and I’m so glad I called Precise. I felt much better with them and trusted the diagnostic. I would trust them to replace the entire unit when we get to that point.

Ken did an expeditious and clean job on my compressor - less than an hour and my house was cooling down nicely! Communicated well when they had a delay and was very thorough with explaining the work! I can helped me out in San Tan Valley!
