No customer support! I had a unit stop working on me and tried many time to reach anyone of them to help and not one response!

This company has horrible customer service. They will not answer or get back to calls and emails about broken equipment. Once they have your money you will be on your own with absolutely no help.

Nick agreed on a contract to service us monthly however he never did and when I reached out to Heather she made excuses and now neither one of them will return an email or a phone call. We now have broken equipment with no help or answers from the owner Nick. Very unprofessional!!!
