They made it in and out with no mess and and charged me less then the other guys were asking. They were nice, and knew what they were doing.

If they didn't do an excellent job then I wouldn't have referred them to my neighbors. Definitely calling them back for upkeep give them ten stars

I had someone flake on me and i had this card that said Palm kings tree service so I called the number and the guy came the next day and even have me a better deal then the people who flaked on me..

Greg did a perfect job. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Palm kings are professional and easy to deal with. They worked with me on scheduling they showed up when they said they would and did the work for a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys! So many of these guys dont show up and never communicate, these guys are on it!

Been using the palm trimming service 2 times a year the past 2 years. Also had 3 palms totally skinned recently - trees look amazing and are safer for maintain. Pricing value is good, team is on time, works efficiently and always cleans up the area well after.

Greg and his team did a great job cutting down our 75 foot Eucalyptus tree. All work was completed safely and timely as promised. The clean up exceeded my expectations and his crew was professional and courteous.

Greg and his crew did an excellent job in removing my fat large palm tree. Cleanup was difficult because of my rock landscape but they managed to do a good job. I would high recommend them. The pricing was more than reasonable and deserved a tip.

Greg and his team were awesome, Requested a Quote through Google Maps and he responded with a very good estimate and within 16 hours he was here and trimmed 3 Palm Trees and cleaned up. Greg was even thoughtful enough to mention it was Bulk Trash week in my neighborhood and saved me some money by stacking the palm branches by the curb vs charging me a haul away fee. They were respectful, quick and efficient with cutting and clean-up. We now have an annual Palm Cutting date every year.

Tree trimmers in my area where very busy. Got Greg and Eddie to come and trim my palms. They did a great job! See them in Dec for the next trim!

Greg offers great service & stands behind his work. He trimmed two palm trees for my family & we were pleased.

Scammed my dad. My dad was out of town for work, and this piece of garbage took payment from my dad and never cut his tree. Dodged all of our calls. Scum of the earth!

Unreliable. I hired them to trim my palm trees and they did a no show/no call on the day of the job. They came before to look at the job and give me a quote, I hired them, and we agreed on a day they would come. I took off work that day so I could be here to pay them and they didn't show, didn't call, and ghosted me. Palm Kings wasted a full day of my time.

This guy doesn't show up and he dodges calls. If you expect the work to Get done find someone else!

I called Greg on Friday and asked if he would trim one palm tree. He agreed to meet me and do the job the very next day. He never showed. I called him three more times to reschedule and he hasn't answered the phone. This is not good business and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Cut my tree down on 1/24/20 . Requested when called that the stump needed to be ground down as concrete was going there. Pd his fee and then he said he didn’t have a stump grinder. So I offered to pay additional for the stump grinding. Said it would be a couple weeks. I have contacted him but only get a run around. He said this weekend he would be here, but no show, call or txt. It is now 3/1/20 and still not done. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Provided Greg with my street address Feb 26th, 2024 via text after submitting my request for a quote , he showed on the agreed upon day of Feb. 28th. He gave me an estimate for the removal of 2 palm trees and I agreed at the price he proposed. No negotiating or haggling.

I asked that he let me know what day/times work best for him in the coming days / weeks, so that I could ensure someone would be at the house. Here we are 47 days later and I still have yet to hear from him.

It is understandable if you do not want to do the job, but at least communicate that.

I hired Greg to cut down and completely remove three trees in my backyard. I have text messages where he confirmed he would remove the roots, but he only ground down two of them and left the stump of the third tree untouched. He also said he’d remove a bunch of grass and he never did. I made the mistake of paying him the majority of the money up front, and it’s now been months with no return or updates to finish the job.

To make matters worse, Greg asked me out, and after I declined, I noticed his communication and effort completely stopped. As a widow, I feel deeply taken advantage of, both financially and personally. This has been a frustrating and disheartening experience. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.
