This is a fantastic company. They removed and reset in The Grand in Surprise 28 solar panels in order for us to put new underlay on our roof. They are the true professionals. Luis is a tremendous asset to Blackout. He kept us informed, and the job was first rate. Always left the site clean and the new reset is even better than the original application. Great company.
