If I could give 10 stars I would. Austin and his team are completely flipping the old ways of AC. He is not only reliable, but he treats you truly like a customer and not just a money Sign. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for AC/Heating ect. You can’t go wrong. We are beyond happy with the services provided and are lifers.

Our AC went out on the weekend (in the AZ summer) and Austin and his company were referred to us by a good friend. Not only was Austin immediately responsive but he came out on a Sunday evening to come diagnose our AC problem. He did what he could that night and came out the next morning when he got the part to fix the issue. It was very quick and easy and we had cold AC again in no time! Austin was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Although, I hope we do not have to call to get our AC fixed again, we will definitely be calling B Cool Air Conditioning if ever needed in the future!

I cannot say enough positive things about B Cool. They are absolutely the best HVAC company I have ever used. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and polite. They explain the issues with my HVAC system clearly and thoroughly, without over complicating it.

Had 20 year old units that were giving up. Austin came out right away to help clean up the mess the air handler made up in my attic. We found that everything has been rusted through and new units were needed. 20 years on the original units was great though! Him and his crew came out same week to install 2 new units in my home on a Friday. They arrived right at 7am like they said they would and got right to work. Late June in AZ mind you is no fun for this kind of work. Absolutely no complaining and they were upbeat the entire time. They pushed through on for both installed the same day. They were super clean with it too laying sheets and protective coverings on my carpet and furniture. They stayed until 8pm to complete the job which was way above and beyond. Super happy with the install and the service B Cool provided. Would recommend them highly to anyone looking for HVAC work on their home or business.

Austin is awesome! Our ac went out late Saturday, our leasing office reached out to three vendors and he responded right away. Unfortunately, he had to come out Sunday and again Monday, but he was so kind and let me know the process along the way. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that’s in need! Thanks again Austin!

I returned home from the hoapital to find my air conditioner had stopped working. I called B Cool and Austin told me he'd be over in 30 minutes.

Long story short, Austin arrived within the timeframe quoted, found the problem quickly, offered us a couple of options to fix the problem and he took the time to really listen.
