Wanted routine maintenance done before summer. The guy checked EVERYTHING for $70. He took voltage measurements, cleaned the condenser, checked the unit in the attic, and took pictures of everything. He solved a couple minor issues in the attic while he was up there (a loose pipe and two components rubbing together).

He advised me that the capacitance of the High Voltage Capacitor was 4.25 uF (should be 5 uF +/- 10%). So I agreed to have that replaced, which he did for a reasonable price.

I'll certainly be using them again!

We purchased a replacement heat pump system from Comfort Experts in 2016 through Ryan Mikita. He is a great person. It is now 2025. 10 year parts warranty is still in effect. Air handler motor recently failed. Anthony came out to perform the repairs and he also found some additional parts that were out of normal tolerances. He clearly explained the issues and we decided to have them replaced too. Anthony did an excellent job. Over the years, my experiences with Ryan Mikita and the team at Comfort Experts have been friendly, professional, positive and satisfying. I waited a few weeks after the repairs to write this review to make sure everything is still working fine.

Whoever came out to do my mini split maintenance (I think his name was Anthony) was absolutely incredible. So helpful and thorough. Went above and beyond! I will definitely be reaching out in the future for A/C needs!

I have had excellent experiences with comfort experts every single time I have used them. They were affordable and have great customer service. They also are extremely prompt with scheduling and Communication. Ted was my tech this time and he took great care by answering all of my questions and explaining the details of what service was provided and needed.

Absolute fantastic experience. I asked them to come out for repairs last minute on a very urgent repair and not only did they send someone the same day, it was very competitively priced. I needed a detailed invoice and they went out of their way to provide me with it within about 15 minutes. Absolutely top notch.

My tech Connor was very professional. Explained what was wrong with AC unit very clearly, offered solutions and he didn't try to pressure me into extra services. My vents are kicking cold air and I appreciate Comfort Experts for superb service!

I left a submission on the website and they called me quickly. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and said she could have a tech out within a couple hours. The tech arrived and had our AC up and running within a couple hours. He was friendly and informative and cleaned up after himself. It was a refreshing service experience!

Updated review [July 25] we did in fact have to use Comfort Experts again—our AC failed over 4th of July—received great, emergency service from Peter and the other tech (I wish I knew his name) for a refrigerant leak & repair. Really appreciate the quick, friendly & trustworthy service this company provides.

Cole, with Comfort Experts provided a complete air conditioner check and cleaning. He was also kind enough to help us with the thermostat because we didn't know how to adjust the settings. This company is awesome! I had them come out for my tattoo shop and needed a few things done quickly. They were professional, timely, and very nice on the phone. The prices were great, for all the services they provided, they were cheaper than what I have been quoted for my own home services from other companies. Anthony went above and beyond with the repairs on my AC unit. Not only did he re attach the access panel that came off, he also sealed the seam all the way around on both!
