This has to be the most friendly company I ever had to deal with, carlos came with a great attitude and had my ac running within the same day, this company can definitely knows how to do good customer service, I will be expecting him next week to do full maintenance on all my systems thanks a lot Carlos.

From when I call to when he left my restaurant very professional, as a restaurant owner is very important to have a company that’s reliable and on time, the technician they send was very nice and had a great attitude, he fix the problem I had with my walking cooler in a few minutes and was back the next day to perform a full maintenance. I will definitely call them next summer to do a maintenance on the rest of my restaurant equipment!

Carlos did a great job getting the walk in fridge replaced and cooling like a champ. Also, serviced a couple package units and we are ready for the summer. Highly recommend!!!

Carlos was very professional and on time when my wine cellar broke. I had call a few companies and they seem to be in a rush very unprofessional, Carlos actually took his time and fix my unit on the same day, I’m very happy with the service I would definitely use them again.

Entity Refrigeration has been my go to for A/C and heating needs for years! Any chance I get I refer friends and family to them knowing that they will be taken care of. I recently and unexpectedly had to replace my air conditioner. I was referred to Carlos from ENTITY REFRIGERATION. He came out to inspect the issue and gave me a very fair price on a new unit. He is very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Even though it was during the Fourth of July, he was able to complete the job in under 2 days. I highly recommend Carlos and his company, ENTITY REFRIGERATION !

Carlos came highly recommended from a trusted source. We originally scheduled him for routine maintenance of our two units. The scheduling process was quick and easy and he is a great communicator! Upon a thorough inspection, Carlos discovered a leak in one of the units that would have been cost restrictive to repair. He documented the issue and walked us through all our options, We decided to have the unit replaced and Carlos got the items needed ordered right away. He showed up on time and explained that one unit was different from originally quoted as it would not work with our existing ductwork. This was actually a better system and one which Carlos actually had to go through a training class to install. The work was done efficiently, they cleaned up well, even fixed a few things for us they noticed, and walked us through the whole system. Carlos is very knowledgeable, communicates well, comes when he says he is coming, doesn't leave until the work is finished,and never tries to upsell. He has a great team which includes several of his family members including his lovely wife, Angelica, who was out to help on one of the days of install. We will be using Entity Refrigeration for all our HVAC needs and highly recommend Carlos and his crew!

I feel so lucky to have found Carlos at Entity Refrigeration. Our Wine Cellar cooling unit was a constant problem during the summer...the unit would fail...and required constant babysitting. Carlos replaced the unit and engineered it in a way that solve my constant problems. He was also available to make minor tweaks to the system as required...and never charged for the additional service. He is knowledgeable, ethical and I would recommend him without reservation.

Carlos was honest and very professional. Came out 45 min after calling and had our walkin up and running again in no time at a honest price. I would recommend him for all your refrigeration repair and maintenance!

The first word that comes to mind is unethical. We called up this company... interested in an estimate. They let us know that they'd gladly swing by and provide a quote. We've received just under a dozen quotes thus far, this company was amongst our top 2 choices. Nearly 2 weeks have gone. I just received a text saying that they are expecting a payment of $120 if we decide to work with another company. None of this was ever disclosed. This is unethical unprofessional and immoral...not to mention deceptive and deceitful. Needless to say, this company just lost our business and our trust.
