I have been using this company for more than 10 years. I have rarely felt anything but true professionalism with the people who have been here. The current tech is, by far, my favorite one so far. His name is Joe. He is the best!

Showed up on time. Took about 2 hours start to finish to change out old unit and replace with new. Very polite and answered all my questions. Cleaned up everything and hauled off all the old unit. Hoping to see a savings on my electric bill!

The crew showed up when scheduled, did their work of installing a new heat pump/AC, and cleaned up afterward. The best thing is that the new unit cools the house much better than the old unit did. Starting the install at 5:30 a.m. meant the house didn't get overly warm before they had it operational.

The team was friendly and fast. They left zero doubt that they didn't know there job and goal of finishing their job correctly and with speed. I appreciate their time and effort and would suggest anyone to use them when they're looking to repair/replace their AC.

I have been using Farnsworth for years. I have been fortunate to have Chris as my technician, he has always been prompt, honest and does a great job. Vickie in the office is also fabulous!

I share a home with Debra Miller who owns a rental property in Sunland Village. She recently had a call from her tenant regarding AC issues. As the tenant has no phone, setting up service times is a challenge. Vickie in the office and Chris worked well together to find a service time that worked for my property. I have always had personal and professional service from Farnsworth.

Appreciate the quick scheduling and the tech was in time. He was courteous and professional and suggested a few changes to make our units more efficient. He wasn't pushy on upselling us, did his job quickly and left things clean.

This company was extremely quick and very great to work with. They were super friendly and explained everything very well as far as the job they were there to do and the steps they were taking. Would definitely call them again if I need to!

Very professional and so glad I used them. They saw another problem that wasn’t in there realm of expertise and pointed it out. My AC units are out of sight out of mind. I asked if they had a person to call and they just said call this type of trade!! I was expecting a buddy operation, and that didn’t happen. So totally trustworthy from my experience!!!

Great service and quick install in just 2 1/2 hours unit was installed on my roof. Prior to install Farnsworth came to my home, pointed out all the existing problems and still gave me a fair price for the install. Thanks Farnsworth.

My AC was recently having major issues because of the age of the unit here in early June and the unit ended up needing to be replaced. Prior to the replacement Brandon with Farnsworth reached out to me immediately to discuss the issues and my concerns. Brandon came out the next day and did a free complete inspection of our unit and was: extremely personable, informative, thorough, and passionate about his work. Brandon took the time to develop some rapport with me and valued me not only as a human being but also as a potential customer, and earned my business.

Farnsworth as a whole was reliable and professional, and helped me navigate through the process of replacing an entire AC unit. Farnsworth Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is a top shelf business in the world of HVAC installation. They were very efficient in ordering and installing my unit during the busy season. They came out on time and worked diligently to remove old unit and get new unit installed in a timely manner. They kept the debris to a minimum. They tested the unit and made sure it was working properly and programmed my thermostat without a hitch! We purchased an AC unit and mini-split from Farnsworth Cooling in 2020 and received a two-year HVAC warranty service package. Joe was here to do the first year tuneup and maintenance check. Everything is working very well. Joe was very professional and we are pleased with our AC unit.

After all the "big name" companies in the valley refused to do the final hookups on my new mini split, I was referred to Farnsworth by a friend. Their team was out the very next day. 2 guys showed up, and in less than 2 hours, they were finished and on their way, and my workshop is nice and chilly. Fast, polite, professional, and very reasonably priced.

My parents asked me to replace their thermostat with one of the smart ones, but it was being a pain in the rear so I called Farnsworth to have a tech come out. They ended up talking me through it on the phone and helping me figure out my mistakes without needing a visit. Absolutely amazing customer service, and they know what they're doing!

Outstanding experience!... Nate and the entire install team showed up on time... i had a bunch of questions ..and all 3 techs listened to them.. They were all addressed... Very professional and polite... Everything chris (the salesman) had explained to me prior to install. Was addressed.... 5 hrs later i had a brand new unit installed at a great price! We purchased two new units from new ac.com and Farnsworth Heating and Cooling did the install. Two crews arrived on time and completed the install on two split systems with total precision and quality. Will use them again and refer them needing HVAC work. Very impressed!!
