This company was referred to me by a friend. They provided same day service during the hottest time of the summer. Prices were great and I can say he was honest. He went above and beyond what was required. He provided excellent service and I highly recommend him to anyone in the valley!

I have used Steve Robertson for my own home, my rental properties, and I have referred him to my property manager. I like the fact that he is a family business with him and his wife working as a team. Everything I want in a great A.C. man. Professional, honest, and stands behind his work.

Steve showed up the same day I called and was able to repair the split AC unit in my garage in just a couple of hours. He explained everything in detail and I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. Highly recommended!!

My homes A/C compressor EXPLODED when I got home from work. Very scary and stressful situation. Had my "service company" come out, charge a "service call fee" and give me a ridiculous quote to replace my compressor, so I started calling around. Called about 6 different companies and found this AMAZING company. Steven was very nice and explained/showed everything to me and my husband. He also called for the parts right in front of me, on speaker, so there were no hidden or ridiculous up charges. Fixed this within 4 hours. And saved me $1100 DOLLARS. There are still honest people out there. Can't thank him enough. We'll be using Robertson Heating and Cooling from now on.

We have been customers of Steve since we first moved to Mesa. He started out honest and professional in his relationship with us and has only increased our trust and confidence in him over the years. He does the right thing, not the most profitable thing. He cares about the quality of his work and the parts he installs. Steve doesn't stop until the work is done right. He even washed the outside of our AC on the last check up. You won't regret hiring him.

They went above and beyond in providing accurate timelines and estimates and communicated directly with me through every step of the install process. They took their time to teach me how to get the most out of my new AC units and provided exceptional personal service at a great price. Replacing an AC unit is scary and can be costly, but Steve and Melissa made this a wonderful experience.

Although it was the more expensive option, I was confident in their ability to get the job done right. I cannot say enough about Robertson heating. I had used them at my prior home, my son has used them as well. They are very efficient. I called this morning and Steven was out there within the hour. He located the problem, went off to get what he needed and completed the job the same day. (Not a small job either) I would recommend him to anyone. It's nice having a trustworthy HVAC person!
