Semper Fi came to my investment property to give a second opinion on some maintenance recommendations. A service manager, Tom, I believe, was incredibly thorough. He confirmed the first quote was reliable, and my unit needed some work. He gave me great confidence that quality work would be completed.

I'm a repeat customer to Semper Fi due to this high quality approach to their work. As well as their veteran's discount.

I had a great experience with Semper Fi heating. & cooling & plumbing . When I had a few questions I reached out and spoke with a nice young lady named Shayla. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a very efficient manner. I would highly recommend this company.

I really enjoyed my time with the staff at Semper Fi! They were extremely professional and explained everything they did with my unit. The work ethic of my tech was top notch he was very personable and extremely helpful. I got to see pictures of everything he did and he informed me if some opportunities to optimize my system. 10 out of 10 experience.

Semper Fi did a great job installing a new 4 ton HVAC unit on my family's home that was definitely over due. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding. From the moment I contacted Semper Fi, (at 1am on a week day) I was immediately contacted by a representative. Every single person that I had any contact with from Semper Fi was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and hones to me. Once the unit was installed the crew clean everything out including the small parts and left the place better than they found it. The installing crew also made sure I understood how to work the new thermostat. Ryan thank you for having so much patience when being interrupted by my toddler and Cody Thank You for answering my questions even on your off time; Thank You both for being so caring and answering every question I had. Definitely a company that appreciates and takes care of first responders. Keep up the amazing work I appreciate all of you!

A courtesy hot water heater flush and inspection was performed by a great technician— Peter. He is a perfect communicator and was thorough in conducting the flush and inspection and explaining the results of his findings. Nothing came up for him recommending further action or replacing the hot water heater unnecessarily. Peter was honest — I appreciated him not trying to make up a reason to replace it or make unnecessary changes.

Our A/C wasn't blowing cold air. I looked at the ads for A/C Service near me and spotted Semper Fi (a veteran owned company) I'm a veteran and decided to give them a try. They came the same day to Service the unit. The tech called when he was on the way. He was neat, courteous, friendly and respectful. He checked the equipment in the attic and the compressor, found and fixed the problem. He used special tools to test and be sure all had been fixed. I will use Semper Fi for service on A/C and plumbing in the future.

First contact with a company is so important. My first call began with the representative asking how she could make me smile today. She was knowledgeable, polite, and got me a very quick appointment. The tech Steven arrived on time and promptly repaired my air conditioning unit. He also was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

I so loved my meeting with Rob Graves at Semper Fi. He came to inspect. I have a very old system and bought my house 6
Years ago knowing that.
Rob provided a detailed diagram and explanation of what needed to be done. Answered all my questions and I feel very good about my decision to go forward.
The company consists all veterans which means so much to me. There is an innate trust I have for those who volunteer and sacrifice for our country.

I recently had my AC maintenance completed by Justin from Semper Fi Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

Justin was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. I truly appreciated how thorough he was and how comfortable he made the entire process feel.

It’s not always easy finding service professionals who combine technical expertise with great customer service, but Justin absolutely delivered. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and pleasant from start to finish.

I recently had Semper Fi Heating, Cooling & Plumbing install a new AC unit and air handler for my main floor and basement, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team was **punctual, efficient, and highly professional**—completing the installation ahead of schedule. They took the time to walk me through how everything works, ensuring I felt comfortable with the new system.

Beyond their expertise, they maintained **a clean and organized workspace**, leaving no mess behind. Now, my home is perfectly cooled, the temperature is just right, and the units run **quietly and smoothly**. If you’re looking for **quality service, knowledgeable technicians, and reliability**, I highly recommend Semper Fi!

I live in a remote area and Semper Fi was able to quickly come out to my house to look at my AC. The information on the unit was worn off and I wasn’t sure how old the unit was but the repair guy figured it out and found that it was still under warranty. He was able to get the manufacturer to find the unit information and the correct part. They also helped me find financing options to complete the repair. Once fixed the technician provided videos to show what was repaired. They were competent and trustworthy.

I had Guy com by from Semper Fi. He was clean cut, very professional and gave me a reading on my two ACs. The one he said was fine, and could maybe use some more sealer.
The other he showed me photos and readings and gave a quote for repair, or replacement. He didn’t push me, just gave me an honest opinion.

With some extra incentives I decided to get a new AC. I got a free up grade with a reasonable price. The next day I had NICK, LOU and ADAM came over and replaced the AC. All super nice guys and did a great job. They had a few extra issues they ran into with my house but got it all done with the same price I was quoted and didn’t charge me extra for the extra things they did. I highly recommend this team.

Semper Fi Heating and cooling did amazing job installing my new water filter system at my house. The technician was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company for you water heating and plumning needs.

Semper Fi is one of the few companies I am happy to leave a review for. We have used them many times to address different HVAC and the plumbing issues. Their service people are outstanding and always pleasant to work with. On one occasion they did not charge for a service call when the problem I called them for turned out to be something else. A company that would empower their employees to make that call is certainly one which can be trusted. I have referred them to other people and all have had a positive experience.

Our service technician, Jose, was absolutely awesome—professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Lead technician Sam and his apprentice hunter were amazing. They were 10 minutes early to the appointment. They were above and beyond courteous, polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. After a 15 minute assessment, they showed me exactly where the leak was coming from, gave me repair options and the price was very reasonable. They gave me options. There was no high-pressure sales.These two excellent Semper Fi Employees are a testament why I always call this particular Company.

1/27 Updating my review for Semper Fi because when I posted first review within minutes the company reached out to me and wanted to make my experience right. They were very apologetic and sincere about making sure there customers where satisfied. They offered a me a reduced price and to bring a new supervisor technician out to make sure the work I wanted done was just that. They were able to schedule a new tech quickly and William came yesterday and did a fanstastic job, very professional and was very thorough and explained everythig that he was doing and why. I am 100% satisfied that my AC will be in good condition and not leak into my house for awhile. Thank you Shayla, William and Semper Fi for stepping up and making this issue/experence better. I will take back my recommendation and say 100% would recommend this company any any repairs you may need. Thank you again.

I would not recommend this company do to there prices. I had a mini split plugged and leaking water in house. I knew what the problem was as it has happened before. All the tech did was remove cover blow the line down using his mouth, poured water into tray to verify unplugged and cleaned coils. I cleaned the filters and he used my ladder as his was to big and bulky. This is going to happen again sooner then I want as I ask him to clean the tray and he said water flowed it cleaned. The price for his hour of work was $800. Ridiculous...

Installer was very competent and professional. Chaz did a beautiful job. He was very good to answer my questions on a complicated installation. I will definitely call Semper Fi for future hvac and plumbing needs. Appreciate the various discounts too!

Semper Fi was amazing! The best Customer Service ever. Our AC went out on Wednesday evening... we called for service and a technician was at our house by 8pm! Our 16 year old AC needed to be replaced. The AC installers (and crane) were at our house the next morning by 9AM, and we had cold air blowing by 11AM - such a relief, as the temperature outside was nearing 110°. The technician and installers were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Semper-Fi came out on a Friday evening for a free tune up and we ended up purchasing a new unit with them the same day. They take detailed pictures and answer all questions honestly. The following Monday they were able to install in less than 5 hours. Wrong thermostat was installed the 1st time, but they were back in less than an hour to rectify. Everyone has been great from the sales guy to the installers to customer service. Thanks for being dependable
