My a\c stopped working. I called a big company first and they said my compressor needed replaced. $2032 quote. Called Tates and they came out the next evening. Compressor was perfectly fine and they fixed my a\c for $220. They also hooked up some wires that the other tech had undone that weren't even related to the compressor.
I feel like Tates was very honest and that means everything to me. I highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

We learned about this company from a friend. She was right this company is the best A/C company i have used in over 20 years. They are very honest and professional. Very knowledgeable with zero up-selling which I appreciate. We had some repair service done and prices are very reasonable.

Our technician was very friendly, on time and gave us a courtesy call with his eta. He checked and diagnosed our system and found the issue so now we have a nice cooled room. Would definitely use again.

We rent our house and our landlord uses this company. We have had them out multiple times from fixing our heater to fixing the ac and finally the service tech Brad was the one to finally diagnose that our a/c went out yesterday. Our thermostat said 85 degrees in our house and with 2 little ones we couldn't sit in the hot house!. Gave my landlord a call and I got a call from tates ac not even 10 mins later. They came out the same day. I would highly recommend this company and I 2ould highly recommend brad! He was amazing and very knowledgeable which made it easier on us compared to the other times we've had the other tech come out.

Hands down the best AC company in the east valley. We have tried a cpl other bigger and smaller companies and Tates is the best. Quality of work(had a complete new Trane system and two Nest thermostats installed), professionalism, honesty, and overall experience is an A+.
Thank you Josh, Jesus who was a very cool younger gentleman that installed both my Nest smart thermostats that required going into the attic for both units to add extra wires to get everything operable. Great install all around. Anyone looking for anything AC related give these guys a shot! Guarantee you won't regret it!

Aaron at tate's was absolutely what your looking for in a A.C technician. I showed up at my father's house as he was explaining the problems he was enduring. I then asked if I could go on the roof( I'm the son that shows up to get on the roof) to see what the issue was. After chatting with him and watching him do work I would highly recommend their service to anyone I know.

They sent a Tech named Brody out..very nice,professional guy..hope Tate's know what a great employee he is. He didn't finish until about 8 pm!! But he got us fixed up!!

We rent and our air went out today. We live in Surprise. Our property management company contacted Tate and a tech was here in 2 hours. Our technician name was Jose. He diagnosed the problem as it was getting dark outside and replaced a dual capacitor. Got us going in less than an hour. Super nice guy and appreciated. Thank you Jose! Excellent company.

My 26 year old AC unit finally quit on us. Tate's was fairly priced so I had them come out to replace it. I was impressed with how thorough of a job they did. They did a great job and the unit runs so much smoother than what I was used to.
