Jake from blue mountain is the best! I made the mistake of calling one of the big outfits in town and they tried to sell me all kinds of solutions that would have never worked. Jake was able to intelligently troubleshoot and find the root cause. He saved me a bundle vs what the other guys said I needed and got my ac working within hours. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Blue Mountain by a trusted professional and was very happy with their work. We needed a replacement compressor for our aging heat pump in July. Jake was able to quickly source the parts and complete the work for a fair price. He was honest in his advice and came out very quickly when our unit was down. I'll definitely go back to Blue Mountain.

Very honest and down to earth staff. Another well known company came and did a service on my AC and suggested that a couple of components needed replacement at a cost of $730. These guys came down and when I mentioned the slow heating and cooling , he said let me look at your filter and it was clogged up because we did some Reno’s. They then went and tested the components and said everything was fine I felt comfortable with them and very honest. Will call them again when I need AC work

Sam w/ Blue Mountain Cooling was a pleasure to work with. When my A/C was blowing hot air at the start of the summer season, Sam was quick to come out even on Mothers Day! When the work was done they were very professional and took care to lay down drop cloths on the carpet and closet as to not track any unnecessary debris and keep a tidy work space. The quality of work was exceptional and while I don't expect to need them in the near future I will be quick to recommend them to anyone!

We had another company come out to our home and their proposed solution was either a $4800 repair to the compressor which they said would take a week with no AC to get the part. Alternatively (and their recommendation) they could miraculously make it out the next day to install a complete replacement of the ENTIRE system for $15-18k, depending which tier of their bronze-platinum package we opted for. The whole thing felt off, so we sought another opinion.

I was referred to Jake by my father who has had work done by Jake before with a similarly great experience. His recommendations were honest and his work has held up well to the test of time. My father was in turn referred by another close trusted family friend. Apparently Jake has built his business the old fashioned way by word of mouth and honest high quality work. So don’t let a lack of raw volume of reviews on google disuade you. Sometimes quality outweighs quantity.

Jake was able to make time for us the same day to diagnose the issue, and return the following day to make the repair. A repair that ultimately cost a fraction of what the other company estimated. The entire experience was top notch service and professionalism. When it comes to the critical systems in your home, you need someone you can trust and count on. Jake is your guy for that!
