Such a great service. I used other companies and one even said we are at the point of no return and this smell would never go away and I need new turf. I contacted Steve the owner. He said no matter how bad it is he could get the smell out. It’s been 2 months and we have ZERO smells! I recommend anyone that needs their turf cleaned only to Dirty Turf.

On time, professional, affordable and very detailed. They did a great job on 1000 sf of Turf. Have 2 dogs that go on it, but no more. The deodorant will keep them off. And a warranty!

I reached out so I could get my turf cleaned Their team came out and did a fantastic job. They were very efficient fast and clean. I would recommend them to anybody that has artificial grass. They did such an amazing job that I have signed up for their maintenance program that they offer. I will be using them for years to come.

This was our first cleaning with Dirty Turf. I have to say I am really happy with the service they provided. We have had our artificial grass for almost 6 years now and with pets the entire time and we haven't had the our yard cleaned before. There is zero urine or fecal odor and the turf looks brand new. I am extremely satisfied and I've signed up for services every six months. I was at work but was my wife was home when they arrived. But she told me, the staff was on time and very polite. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and co-workers.

Great communication and loved that the owner is in communication with all customers and gives a background of what they do and how their products work before even booking the cleaning. price very very reasonable for all that they do to make you turf look and smell brand new and clean. We are so happy with Dirty Turf cleaning services! Steve was very easy to communicate with and the prices very fair. My turf was very smelly and full of tiny leaves deep down. It looks brand new now and is fluffy and inviting! And no more smell so far! The team took the initiative to power sweep the tiny leaves more than once and they are all gone. It’s amazing! I highly recommend dirty turf and have already told friends about them.

Absolutely Amazing Service and Results!! Steve and his team are professional and do quality efficient work! We rescue golden retrievers, and have eight full-time in our Home but have had as many as 12! Over the years we have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours Cleaning and never getting rid of That smell completely! In just a few hours with their process, there was literally no odor and fast-forward two weeks later several rains dogs with upset tummies there is still zero odor! We will be using their services regularly from now on! As local small business owners are south, we love supporting a local businessman like Steve!

They did a great job on our huge public park here at Highlands and they were easy to work with. The Turf looks like new and smells nice too.

Beautiful grass again! Our grass was pretty dirty and very stinky from several years of multiple dogs and puppies. This was honestly a last ditch effort before ripping the grass out and starting over. Matt and John were professional, kind, and communicative. They did an excellent job of cleaning the grass and treating the smells. I could not believe how good it looked and smelled after. I am so happy that we do not have to replace our turf. Thank you!

Dirty Turf is my go to for all things related to my pets. I have added two puppies to my family in the past 2 years, both of which had parasites. Once the dogs tested negative, Steve made sure to squeeze me in his schedule right away to zap my yard and my dogs had no recurrence.
A year and a half later I am going through this again after getting another pup. This time it’s a different parasite and he researched the proper cleaners and process. His team came out very quickly again and my yard looks great! I highly recommend Dirty Turf!

Dirty Turf is great to work with! My whole backyard was squeaky clean when they left. Turf looks good as new and pet odor is completely gone! They’re very responsive and communicative.

I reached out to Mark with Dirty Turf for both turf and carpet cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the service exceeded all expectations. Mark is punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough in his work. He is always good about reaching out and making sure I am happy with the results. I have many people that I have referred to him and the ones that reached out couldn't be happier with the amazing customer service and hard work put in to manage the upkeep with both the turf and carpets.

Our artificial turf looked dull and smelled awful before, but after the deep cleaning a few times and grooming process, it looks much better—fresh, vibrant, and odor is much better. He also tackled our indoor carpets, which had seen their fair share of spills and pet traffic. The difference was night and day! Every stain was lifted, and the carpets now feel soft, clean, and smell amazing. I have Mark come at least once a month for pet stain touch ups due to the carpet getting old and having a pet that is sixteen and has her fair share of accidents.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to quality. He took the time to explain their process, and ensured everything was spotless before leaving and he is always so cheerful, and positive.

Mark & Matt showed up on time and even sent a text 30 minutes prior to their arrival which I really appreciated.

We have had our artificial grass down for 4 yrs now and we have 3 dogs that love peeing on it. We’ve had a couple diff company’s clean it and could still smell the urine when it got hot out. It was awful. We are so glad we found Dirty Turf, we never get the urine smell anymore. They fluff up the grass. It always looks brand new. It’s a family owned and run business.Mark and Michael are the 2 guys that came out and clean it. They are 2 of the nicest guys. I would recommend Dirty Turf for sure!!
