I was fortunate enough to have my unit hold on until being replaced in the fall vs the summer months.
Pro Solutions gave me a great price and were very responsive and professional. I can’t believe this but that’s the best money I’ve spent in a long time! Let me add that I had Pro Solutions come in and clean our vents and air ducts and the difference it has made is unreal! Our house is carpeted, so while new, we thought it may have trapped alot of contaminants, but it turns out it was the ducts. Great job, and thank you!

I love this company I Used them several times and they never disappoint. Bill their tech is always honest and fair. Explaining how things work and why is his thing. I. Fact when the subject of heating and cooling comes out with my family, friends and customers I recommend this company. Always fair and honest.

My upstairs AC went out Thursday night and I turned in the claim the next day. Through my home warranty, the carrier picked another company that I had to call only to learn they couldn't come out until Monday (though a holiday). I called the carrier to find one with after hours availability and they found Pro Solutions. So glad they did!

Bill came out earlier than expected (about 4 pm) and finished replacing the fan motor within 90 min for an older AC unit without even having to leave or order one in these supply chain issue days. He was friendly and professional. He gave me the run down on his diagnosis and fix as well as some helpful tips. If I need AC service again, I'll try them first.

Update: Downstairs AC out now...lol. Went through home warranty and requested Pro Solutions. Justin was able to get here 5-6 HOURS EARLY and fixed this afternoon. He was also friendly and professional and detailed with his diagnosis and fix. I'll continue to call them first.

The team at Pro Solutions Air are the best in the business. From my first experience to my recent one, they have always been professional and respectful. I only trust Don and team with my air conditioning, heat, air filtration needs and duct cleaning. Their customer service is above and beyond. Don even answered the phone one morning at 530am and the guys have been in my attic when it was 110+ outside on a Saturday night for hours never complaining.
We have been doing business with them for a few years, including my maintenance last week which they called to remind me about and while here changed my air filtration filter because they noticed it was time. I refer everyone to them regarding their air/heat needs.
Their entire staff demonstrates customer commitment which tells me they treat everyone well including their team.

Pro Solutions installed my system 7 years ago. They offer a 10 year warranty, and free annual maintenance when you install a system with them, which is wonderful. Just had my very first glitch with the system after 7 years. In Arizona, that's amazing. They came out quickly the next day, in fact they were 1 hour early. They worked hard to find the issue and had me up and running again within an hour or so. Very nice tech who explained the problem and solution. I had to pay labor, but no parts. Great service and highly recommend!

Pro Solutions is one of the most outstanding companies I have ever dealt with. We have been with them for 10 years. They have come out at 11:00 pm when the AC went out, had the parts to repair it with them and in minutes we were up and running. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They never leave a mess. All the guys are respectful, knowledgeable, clean and call before coming. Always on time or call if they're going to be later than expected. DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE, AND REASONABLE. A family owned business you can depend on.

When I needed a new a/c unit I choose Pro-Solutions Air because they had a better warranty and service program than all the other companies I compared. 2.5 years later, I'm glad I choose to go with this company. They send reminders for the yearly check- ups. The guys and all of their equipment are always sparkling clean and on time. They did some extras that I did not expect. Best overall service! We replaced both our AC units using Pro Solutions Air earlier this year. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they offered great products, professionalism, timeliness and a fantastic warranty on parts AND labor (that other companies can't match!). 15 years on parts and labor is great peace of mind. Everything went smoothly over a few days, work was done on time and the crew was great and answered all questions. I can't recommend them enough.

Professional service from start to finish! Scheduled service call, service rep called 1-hr prior to appointment, showed up on time, provided multiple options.

The crew showed up on time, finished the project in the time that was committed (one day), and our property was cleaned up like they were never here!

Bill and Jordan were great to work with. We had a few minor issues with our installation, but they were very knowledgeable and professional and took care of everything quickly. Sometimes things don’t always go as planned, but this company was great at working around the issues and getting them resolved quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend them!

I truly appreciate the professionalism of Pro Solutions Air. I was assigned them through a home warranty call out and I was a bit worried about the response time the warranty company allowed so I called them directly. They were very transparent on the cost of the repairs which was reasonably fair. Bill my technician was very knowledgeable, organized, professional and performed an outstanding job. He had us up and running in less than 45 min. I would recommend this company for any HVAC needs!

Pro Solutions Air has been my go to AC company for years. They replaced all my units a few years back and did a wonderful job throughout the installation and maintenance of my AC units.

We have a new system with a 15 year warranty. All parts & labor are included. There is a small annual maintenance fee & a very reasonable service call charge.
Pro Solutions Air is so much more than HVAC... they are fully integrated company with knowledgeable electrical & solar installation & repair too.

The service from the first phone call to the last encounter has been exceptional with this company. They did their best for me to get someone to my house as quickly as possible and helped with financing a new AC and even replacing a breaker when it blew. This is a great company to work with.

Excellent service I will never use anyone else. This company has the best ever people working for them. They explained everything. On Thursday night my air completely stoped working, after only being in my home for 6 months. Don the owner gave me all the information over the phone for a brand new unit, no pressure to make a purchase. I researched made calls received quotes, even got yelled at buy another company due to I would not commit to buying their product. I called Don at Pro Solutions Air back in the afternoon to make the sale, they were not the cheapest or most expensive but the Customer Service was the best I've ever experienced in my 62 years. Plus there warranty is 5 years longer than anyone else. The owner went the extra mile for me, brought me a portable air unit, hooked it up made sure my dog and I would be comfortable for the weekend. I sign the papers. As he promised he was back on Monday morning to take down and put up a brand new unit, it was up and running by the afternoon. I totally recommend Pro Solutions Air. From my first call to my final thanks, this company worked with me through my a/c crisis. Jordan was a lifesaver as he didn't give up on first sight, found a way to get on my building's roof, and rectified the problem by bringing parts he knew would be required for older builds. I'm so grateful.

The first visit was just an evaluation of my AC unit. The technician was very professional and courteous. He gave me an idea of what needed to be done on my unit and let me know that it might take a few days to find the parts. The very next week (on the day I requested), the repair technician came to my house. My unit had a repair issue that was unforseen. Jordan worked so hard for hours to fix it. What should have been a 2 hour job turned into a 4 hour job, but Jordan stuck with it and fixed it. I was not charged for the extra labor. Highly recommend Jordan and Pro Solutions Air.

I was having problems with my A/C unit not working well They were able to come out the same day I called and gave me a quote on repairs and replacement I went with replacement because my old unit was over 10 years old this was on Monday and by Thursday I had a new unit it was only 4 hours and done I could not be happier
They are friendly and clean with insulation they also explained everything through the hole presses
I will definitely recommend them to my friends
