I’m sharing this feedback to document my experience and provide clarity for anyone considering engaging this contractor.

Over the course of our working relationship, there were repeated concerns related to professionalism, communication, and reliability.

Project deadlines were not treated with the level of urgency expected in a professional environment. Required deliverables, including bid submission, were not provided within the agreed timeline. Communication was inconsistent, and at times meetings were declined due to personal plans unrelated to project obligations.

Additionally, I was advised that a specific team member would be assigned to my project; however, a different individual was ultimately placed on the work without prior notice. This created unnecessary confusion and raised concerns regarding transparency in staffing and representation.

More broadly, there was a recurring pattern where commitments made during coordination were not followed through on. This lack of consistency made it difficult to rely on timelines, representations, and agreed-upon next steps — which are critical to successful project execution.

Prior to engaging, I was aware of industry feedback regarding similar concerns but chose to move forward in good faith. Based on my direct experience, those concerns were not unfounded.

Moving forward, I will not be pursuing additional work with this contractor. For those who place a high value on professionalism, accountability, and dependable project coordination, I would encourage careful consideration before entering into a working relationship.
