Working with Mr. Lusky is easy as he is honest and consistent with his work - he will provide you with a bid and stay legitimately within the budget - any override is clearly discussed and pro's and con's weighed with his good guidance - he's a contractor you can trust to be on time and on the job!

I hired TCG to update my kitchen. The project went very well start to finish. I had quartz countertops installed with a great tile black splash. New lighting was also done which was wonderful. The guys that did most of the work were on time, worked hard and left the job looking great and clean.

We just completed our second project with TCG! We experienced some water damage to our kitchen and guest bath and needed a team we could trust to put our home back together. They were in constant communication every step of the way and were always there to answer any questions we had. We could not be happier with the work completed and will definitely use them again for any future projects.

The Contractor Guys team were great to work with! We totally gutted and fully remodeled our home in South Scottsdale using TCG for the entire project. Michael is a capable and responsive general contractor and Jennie, Mirian, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.

After attempting to work with previous GCs who were difficult to reach and/or downright rude to us, the TCG team made us feel respected and supported us every step of the way in achieving our vision. We remodeled our entire home including knocking out a structure wall, closing a carport into a garage, and gutting / updating every material in the house. Michael, Jennie and co were very responsive and offered guidance when some of our choices did not make sense and otherwise helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for.

I recently had some water damage at my condo and needed help immediately. I contacted The Contractor Guys because I had friends that used their services and said they did great work at reasonable prices. They were very busy with other projects however, two of their professional staff, volunteered to work on my project over a weekend. They showed up early on a Saturday morning and worked very hard inside a small room at temperatures that reached 116 degrees. They removed, installed, taped and textured the sheetrock for me. Before they left, they cleaned up the work area very nicely. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the professional, experienced and friendly staff that provided excellent service and superior craftsmanship. I’d recommend this organization to anyone looking for a really great contractor.

The Contractor Guys completely remodeled my kitchen and laundry rooms in one of the twin homes in Sun City. The team was very professional, listened to my requirements and made good suggestions to help with design, functionality and cost. We closed in the laundry room and moved the water heater out to the garage. We replaced sliding doors in the kitchen with a smaller window. Custom cabinets from a great sub-contractor were installed and are still beautiful three years later. The team was considerate, careful and comprehensive while working on the project. We finished just before COVID started and I have enjoyed the kitchen and laundry every day since with essentially no issues. Mike Lusky is very good to work with and follows up well with his team and sub-contractors.

The team at The Contractor Guys is fantastic. I have done alot of remodeling in my house and I wish I had found TCGs sooner. They did my kitchen, and this was by far the best reno experience I have had so far because the team is so professional, hardworking, patient, and talented. They answered all my (many) questions; everything was planned in advance to keep us on schedule and budget; and the final product is fantastic. I feel like they treated my home like it was their own and were not happy til I was.

We had The Contractor Guys remodel our master bathroom and two hall bathrooms, and they did an amazing job! The bathrooms look incredible, and the whole process went really smoothly. They kept us in the loop the entire time, which made us feel super comfortable with everything that was happening.

The crew was respectful, clean, and easy to work with. We decided midway to switch to a freestanding tub, which added about a week to the project, but they communicated that right away, and it was totally worth the extra time.

Overall, we’re really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend The Contractor Guys to anyone looking to remodel their space!

Contractor Guys did an amazing job! This is the second home I’ve renovated with them and would use them again. Michael and his team were professional dependable and utilized skills craftsmen. My home was a full gut and came out lovely.

Michael and Jennie Lusky are really down to earth and care about their craft. They made our renovations a reality and were competively priced. They always kept us apprised of the progress through an app so we could see pictures of the progress while I was at work. The quality and craftsmanship of their jobs was really great except we had some issues with the flooring but that could have been our LVP which is what we were told. The good thing is that Michael aims to please and they leveled the flooring for us to make it right. I strongly recommend the contractor guys for your next renovation!
