Very satisfied with the necessary duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and repairs. John and Matt were very thorough and meticulous in doing the work. John shared photos of the progress. An added value was the sanitized application to guard against mold.
Would I use them again? Absolutely Yes.

Dusty was amazing! He is extremely professional, and very knowledgeable with the HVAC system and what needed to be done for a thorough cleaning. We purchased a home that’s 50 years old and the air ducts may have never been cleaned - until now. He did an exceptional job and was an extreme pleasure to work with! Shapour/Sean did a fabulous job with the reservice on my duct work. He spent over 3 hours correcting the original service. Every register he showed me with the camera what he did. I feel so much better with the service he provided. I would recommend Sean for every job with this company.

Shapour / Sean was a great tech to clean our dryer vent. Needed to go on the roof to clear a blockage. Was very transparent with videos and pics of the work needed to be done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again.

Joel came out for a follow-up because I was worried a vent was missed, he was very professional and walked me through his process. I shouldn’t have been worried because the vent in question was clean. I want to thank Dusty and Eduardo for their help on the initial visit and I apologize for the lack of faith. Kobe was AWESOME. Explained everything clearly in terms a regular, daily civilian like myself could understand. Clean, pleasant, effective service throughout the whole process. Kobe was on-time as well! As a stay at home mom with a strict toddler schedule to follow, I very much appreciated this factor. Will be contacting Kobe for future and all other services going forward. Joel was very helpful and explained the service thoroughly. He also did not hesitate to climb into our less-than-welcoming attic to check our dryer vent.

John and Matt were here today to address some serious issues in our duct work and vents. They were Extremely personable, corrected the issue and were so very kind. A fire could have easily started if they didn’t discover our major issues. I highly recommend this company and would suggest you ask for these two great guys.

Dusty and his team arrived on time, they were friendly, professional, thorough, and even took time to let my 4 dogs become familiar with them.
Dusty kept me informed of each step, reviewed the quote before starting any work and explained how the A/C system worked. Now, the air flowing from the vents feels fresher, actually cold, and makes the house feel cleaner & smell better.
Also, we had the dryer vent cleaned out, which was clogged, and the dryer hose was crimped, a possible fire hazard, so Dusty explained what to get and how to install it.

Josh was great! He came in and got right to work. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Josh made sure I saw what needed to be cleaned out before he started the clean out process. When he was finished, he made sure everything was cleaned up and put back into place. Couldn’t ask for a better technician!
