First Class all the way! I met Mr. Jason Rowland for the first time when getting an estimate on taking down six very large mature oak trees that was just feet away from my house. To make this job more difficult the trees were situated very near electrical, telephone and cable service for my home. I received five estimates from five local firms. Rowland Tree Service was in the middle of prices for the job. Not the lowest, but the price quoted was still reasonable. I picked Rowland Tree Service for several reasons. First after doing my own due diligence I found Rowland was the only local firm insured with both general liability and workman’s compensation. I verified this by having a copy of his insurance certificate in my hand and calling his insurance agent myself to verify the policy was “in force“. All the firms that gave me a quote had general liability insurance, which covered me if they damage my property. Only Rowland Tree Service had general liability and workman’s comp. What most homeowners don t realize is that if a worker is injured on their property, the homeowner can be held liable for all medical costs unless the worker is covered by workman’s compensation insurance. Accidents do happen and hospital bills for a serious accident can be extraordinarily expensive and homeowner s insurance policies normally exclude such injuries. I did not want to take that risk so I picked Rowland with that line of thought. On interviewing Mr. Jason Rowland I found he had the proper equipment, experience, and training to do the job. They did the job with a bucket truck, a loader and lots of chain saws. I was also impressed with his years of experience and as part of his training Jason Rowland is also a Certified Arborist. Mr. Jason Rowland showed up on time with his expert crew and systemically cut all the trees, branch by branch too the ground and no power, internet or cable outages. They were very organized and everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to do. Personally I found Jason Rowland to be an honest, responsive, and friendly guy who has a respectful and excellent crew. They did an amazing job and I would not hesitate to use this firm again. I only wish every contractor were as easy to deal with.

Great honest company. I received an estimate for the removal of two large trees and it was the exact price I paid at the job's completion. I would absolutely use Rowland Tree Service again and recommend them to anyone.

We had a very tall, 24-in diameter white oak close to our house and pool deck on an incline. Rowland was highly recommended by friend, and the estimate was better than others. The owner/operator showed up bright and early at 6am and had the tree down exactly where we wanted it within minutes! If we need any additional tree work, we will definitely use Rowland.

I live near Shreveport Louisiana but my mom lives in Beebe. She had a large tree going bad beside her driveway so I googled tree service near her. Rowland tree service came up first. He had great reviews so I called him. He went by and looked at the tree quoted me a fair price and said he could take care of it the following week. To my surprise he took care of it that Friday. Did a great job. My mom was pleased also. I don't normally write reviews but when someone is this reliable he should have the recognition.Thanks again.

We just hired Rowland Tree Services to cut down a large tree in our back yard. After having had several companies come out and give us quotes we decided to hire Rowland Tree Services due to his extensive knowledge and professionalism both over the phone and in person. We will be using this company in the future and have told our friends and family about him.

Rowland Tree Service is AWESOME! Same day emergency service with haul off and less than the other quote. Has all the equipment, bucket truck, knuckle boom truck, cat stump hauler and the biggest stump grinder I have ever seen.

Jason is a certified arborist. When asked about other trees in the yard, he recommended no work. He could have said trim this or that, but was honest and looking out for my home and trees!

Jason did an excellent job removing overhanging branches from my roof! He was very careful with his bucket with surrounding trees and now I have a clear roof and sunlight ! Jason was very easy to work with and he was very courteous and professional. If you need a tree service , I highly recommend Jason Rowland and his crew.

I needed a bid on getting some trees taken down. I called someone that a friend recommended, I was going to need to get a loan to pay for it. I called Rowland Tree Service, Jason went out that same day. He called me while he was on my property to tell me the trees were fine and alive. AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL service. Mr. Rowland cut seven trees for us and treated the property like it was his own. The total job only took three (3) hours, and you could barely tell they were even there. They didn't leave a trig behind and even were nice enough to clean up an old fallen limb pile I had. This level of personal service, knowledge, and the kindness and respect of Mr. Rowland and his crew was a great addition to the experience. The only thing that rivals the respect of the men is the equipment and knowledge that they bring to get the job done RIGHT(!) [Bucket Trucks, Skid Loaders, etc.] They had what they needed to ensure my property was protected and that they were safe.

Mr. Rowland has insured that he is the only tree service in Cabot that I will turn to for any tree issues. I'm very satisfied with the work/results, the price, and time they put into making the area look great.

Mr. Rowland did a wonderful job removing a big tree in our back yard. He worked very quickly and when the job was finished, there was absolutely no trace he had even been there. Every piece of debris was gone. And his price was more than fair for the work that was performed!! I would recommend him to everyone. I plan on using his services again soon to remove two giant pine trees.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Rowland Tree Service. This was the second time we have used their services. They are prompt, polite and professional. We had them take down two large pine trees, each with trunks over 93 inches in circumference. The trees were located close to our house and had several small trees and shrubs near them. We were most impressed by how careful the Rowland team was. They did not simply cut the branches and let them fall where they may. For each branch one man cut it while the other held it, then carefully dropped it, ensuring it did no damage. When they took down the trunk in sections, they carefully dropped them on the pile of branches. There was no damage at all to the nearby plants or lawn.
After taking down the trees, the team did a superb job in cleaning up. Excellent service! We will not hesitate to use their services again.

I will be recommending Rowland Tree service to my friends and family. They came to my home and cut down a tree that had been damaged during a storm.
