Our heater broke in the middle of cold weather. I called California Heating and Cooling hoping they can help us out. Justin came over, check out to find the problem. He was able to fix it and let me know that the problem was really in the cooling system. He told me what to do and told me to have it fixed before the summer season. He is very professional and punctual. The price for the service is also reasonable. This company is a keeper. Good service , professional technicians and reasonable price.

Really a great service provider. They dealt with my home insurance company and help me get through the process seamlessly.

Called and schedule quickly, they were on time and professional. Helped us with a pre-summer tune up, left us feeling confident we'll be good with the heat. Great service would recommend!

Justin the technician was very friendly and professional. Also, I appreciated texts from Sam, I believer was the scheduler, kept me informed of the appointment date, time and a heads up the technician, Justin, was on his way. Definitely recommend this company.

Great company, arrived on time. The service provider was knowledgeable, polite, and it didn’t hurt that he totally solved my problem.

I received a text that Mark was enroute. He was friendly and professional. Very patient with my dog who was happy to have someone in the house. He checked both units and changed a wire and everything was back to working order. Would definitely recommend.

I am still waiting for the technician to fix the disconnected A/C hose in my crawl space. Got technician two times but they couldn’t get to the crawl space as they weren’t informed by their scheduling team and hence weren’t prepared with jump suit to get to the crawl space. I got the link to post my experience. However, hoping that I will get a call to schedule another appointment as the technician told me that he will talk to scheduling and will come prepared. I am giving the rating based on my experience so far. I will update the rating once the issue is resolved. Since the technicians could not even look at the issue after two appointments, I am rating 1.

Tech came out twice in one day to help. Wife had medical emergency so we missed him. Said they would come back tomorrow. Great folks.

Came out next day. Made repairs and gave great information of what the cause is and what else may need to be replaced.

The tech that came out was Mark and he did a great job, very professional and explained everything thoroughly.

Very helpful, sent technicians who explained what was happening and corrected issues. Would highly recommend the company. Appreciated all Mark did for us.

Our a/c unit started to fail. I called & the office @ 5:30pm, the day before a Holiday & during a heat wave. The office was amazing & pleasant. Surprisingly, I had an appointment on July 5th. I was fully expecting a week out due to the heat. Unfortunately being they came out on Fri& the unit under warranty, they had to order the part so no a/c during the weekend. California heating & air installed our unit roughly 8 years ago. In that time, they have had to come out 3 times. Each time was a day or 2 for an appointment. Highly recommend them for your a/c & heating needs. Fantastic & friendly office to work with.

It took the other company that came to check my AC 3 times to try to “fix” the issue. It took CHC 20 minutes to know what’s wrong and my AC is good as new. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY SUMMER!

They were quick to send someone out to replace the capacitor on the AC unit. Mario explained the process, made the repairs and we were “chilling” again in just a few minutes. Great service.

Wonderful experience. They were a ‘second opinion’ because the first company wanted us to remove insulation from the attic (!) before doing any work. Mike has quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it a few days later. Very knowledgeable, very professional, on time! Can’t ask for anything more

Great experience! The tech kept us posted as to his arrival. He was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, changed out a few things, and we now have our A/C again - YAY!!! He was fast, courteous, and kept everything clean. Would definitely use them again.

The technitian was polite and very helpful. He arrived looked at the HVAC got a part from the truck and fixed it in just a few minutes, He even changed my filter for me.
