I'm grateful for the exceptional customer service and work provided by Rodney and his team. The level of care and attention they showed me put my mind at ease, particularly with regards to the renovation of my old home - it's our sanctuary. I was initially hesitant about making a decision, but their professionalism and kindness helped alleviate my concerns. What impressed me most was the extra effort they put in, going above and beyond what was expected. I appreciate their fairness and commitment to treating others with humanity.

I've been working with Rodney since he took over RD Smith's operations. He resolved a recurring issue that had stumped two other technicians. His responsiveness, pricing, and integrity are top-notch.

Recently, my tenant reported an AC problem on a Saturday, and I advised them to contact Rodney first. He arrived the next morning, replaced a dual capacitor, and checked the refrigerant level - which was still good. As someone familiar with HVAC systems, I know that a faulty capacitor is a common issue. Unfortunately, some technicians try to sell unnecessary repairs, like control boards or motor replacements, or even claim it's necessary to refill refrigerant. Rodney only addressed the problem at hand.
