My expectations were low when I arrived at the Service Center based on the initial calls I had to work through service needed for my car. But after I arrived I couldn't have been more impressed. They were very efficient and answered all my questions. I will definitely go back.

Would recommend this company! Very communicative and got the job done fast. Domenic was a pleasure to work with!

Greg was very professional. He explained what needed to be done. Got the part needed and set the numbers to use for our Air conditioning..Happy with their prompt response since our Hvac stopped working one of the hottest days of this summer. They sent Greg so promptly. Good job Innovative.

We are so fortunate to have found this company. We had been struggling in the summer to keep our house cool. Old houses tend to come with lots of issues. I am happy to report keeping cool during the summer is not longer an issue! They were quick, efficient and honest. It’s rare to find all three qualities in most companies and you will find that with innovative mechanical!

July 12, 2021. Ben came over to unclog my tube & clean 🪥 🧼 out the gunk in my condensate pump. He was fast & thorough. Al provided me same day service. I was lucky. They're all nice at Innovative Mechanical. They installed my Lennox air conditioner, heater, air purifier, air filters, including blue 🔵 light filter, & whole house 🏡 humidifier in 2012. They service my system each year.

These guys recently performed some HVAC modifications for me on a commercial project. The building's owner used them for previous work and suggested we go back to them.

During the project they were lacking. On the front end we got a high quote, unresponsive sales process, and a long scheduling delay. The work (which was supposed to take just four hours) required them to make four or five separate on-sites. And worst of all, the final workmanship was sub-par; they didn't stick to the plan, leaving framing uncovered and unpainted, and requiring others to finish the job.

On a positive note, after the work was done we expressed our unhappiness with their performance, and they followed up and apologized, also adjusting down our invoice. They do seem to be concerned with customer satisfaction and it's possible that in the busy construction market, our small project fell between the cracks.

I needed A/C in my San Francisco home because my husband has a debilitating illness that keeps him immobilized.
I chose Innovative Mechanical since they had some excellent reviews and were very professional in their presentation.
In the Sunset I need the a/c only in case of smoke from fires or a couple of days a year in case of a rare heat wave.
After install , no problem during smoke days and soare the air days.
During HEAT WAVES their system is underpowered and inadequate to the job.
I called after install once.
They came and fiddled with the system.
By the time they came the heat wave was over... so who knows if it worked.
Now the compressor stops cooling after 3 or 4 hours of running. It can not reach the desired temperature and shuts down.
They are willing to confirm my dilemma by coming out for 250.00 dollars.

Don’t use this company! They charged me over $300 to visit and inspect my furnace that was not working. Call PG&E instead as they came and checked it for free and said there was nothing wrong with it.

Wow the smell of weed of these techs is so heavy I had to leave the store I was in. I didn’t hire these people but I was in a store picking up material and these techs walked in. The weed smell filled the entire warehouse and it was just so horrible!! I would NOT want someone that high working on anything in my home!! Be careful of your techs as a company is this what you want customers to smell or see?? It’s shameful
