Had our pool installed over a year ago and we had an issue pop up today. One of the pool flappers broke on the skimmer. Called Miranda and she ordered one for me at no charge. Thank you for great customer service!

Swan Pools just completed our pool and spa on March 26th. I have a small backyard and wanted a very specific pool and patio design. I had six different pool companies quote my project. Swan was not the least expensive, but by far the best value. I was blown away with the speed and quality of the finished product. Mark the sales rep designed a great pool, spa and retaining wall. Torrie the project manager answered all my questions throughout the project. Miranda and Sheila in the office kept everything on track. Great job by the entire team! I have recommended Swan Pools to one friend and would not hesitate to recommend them again.

I would like to start with a huge thanks to Doug Fox for building our pool. From breaking ground in April of 2021 to the time of pool complete June of 2021, it was roughly a 2 and a 1/2 month project start to finish. Keep in mind that this was in the midst covid, and supplies were a problem. During the project my wife and I were kept informed unexactly when people would and would not be showing up they were also informed of which people would call and which people would not be calling and just show up. There was a clear expectation from Doug as to what was going on in the project the entire time.

At this point, the pool has been completed for a little over one year. I have had 0 issues of any kind. No mechanical issues with pump or equipment, no leaks, and has been working flawlessly the entire time. The tile and plaster look fantastic. The concrete work looks great and has held strong.

Suggestions. When building a pool, I would suggest considering an above-ground hot tub. By doing this, you will extend your swim season for your kids when they get cold; they can simply warm up in the hot tub and jump back and forth between it and the pool. Also when building your pool even if you have the perfect pool in mind listen to the builder and listen to what he or she may have as far as plans they've been doing it for years and they are professionals. The 3rd suggestion I have which may not apply to your area would be opt for a sand filter for ease of cleaning.

Im very happy with the swan team, finished my pool in under 2 months. Did a great job. Doug and his crew went above and beyond with the hurdles the county threw at us during plan review. I do construction and things are outrageous right now but they still hit our budget numbers even with all the hikes in material. Great crew great job guys

The team went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family, and their professionalism and dedication were evident every step of the way.

Despite the challenges of rainy days, they stayed on schedule and were incredibly adaptable, always ensuring the project moved forward smoothly. One of the most impressive aspects was the old-school hand-drawn design they created for us—it added such a personal touch that we never expected. It’s a rarity these days, and we absolutely loved it!

Swan Pools delivered!

When they said 2 months, I thought no way! But almost 2 months to the day we had a completely transformed backyard with a POOL! Just in time for Summer!

We live in an old neighborhood and so digging up the back can be scary with sewer lines and the water main, but they did their due diligence and was able to work around it all and provide us with the perfect layout!

It was such a smooth experience. Terry was fantastic designing our layout, Miranda was amazing at answering all my questions and Brandon made himself available for any questions once everything was complete!

Going with Swan’s was the best decision!

Best thing we did a few summers ago was having Swan Pools install out 15x35 pool. The project was completed in 6-ish weeks with zero hiccups. The sales reps and owners were heavily involved and present throughout the process (and after)!

It’s been 3 years and we have not had a single issue with the pool. Would highly recommend!

Swan Pools was the third company that I spoke with regarding a new build. I actually signed with another builder (TM) but after I wrote them a check for the deposit, i had a tough time reaching them or getting past the receptionist. I called Swan, they sent out John who had unlimited knowledge about the industry, and offered suggestions on and what would work form my particular yard, He actually spent three hours with me hand drawing my pool. We went through many different variations, as my yard had some challenges. We came up with the PERFECT design. . Everything happened exactly how he said it would. Brandon came out and measured, he would be my contact to the end. Brandon has the patience of a saint, as I had many many questions. Their subcontractors are the best. They were punctual, courteous, patient (again many questions from me), and very clean. Never did they leave a mess. The office team of Miranda and Sheila run everything, and keep you informed. They are a well oiled machine. Doug is at the head of it all making sure that things run as smoothly as possible. This is truly a great team! I am so glad that I had my pool put in. It is now the favorite part my home. Thank you again John, Brandon, Miranda, Sheila and Doug. My pool is beautiful!

I did not end up using Swan. They did build my grandparents pool over 40 years ago and they were always happy with the results. I did not end up using them however, their quotes were honest and reasonable from the start. No BS haggling to ensure you do t get ripped off. Terry was great, designed multiple pool options for us, was always on time and always available. Terry and Swan pools are great Americans who take good care of their customers. Awesome experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I am very happy with my pool that was designed and completed by Swan Pools. The design was better then we imagined as well as the final product.
Staff was friendly, informative and patient with us. They made each step of the pool easy to understand and their input on the design was more than appreciated.

Swan Pools built our pool back in 2018. The process went smoothly other than the unforeseen heatwave. I'm glad that I listened to them when they suggested not pouring the concrete deck during a heat wave. Almost 6 years later and the pool deck still looks great. We love the pebble finish and shear decent water feature in our pool. We are very happy with our pool and look forward to another summer of swimming.

The Swan rep was very detailing and provide good information on what some of my options are.

After installing my new pool, a very unusual and ugly stain developed on my pool wall. I contacted the owner and he came out to look at it. He just said that was just the nature of the pool plaster and there was nothing that he could do about it.

I have taken numerous pictures and sent over 6 emails to their main office and they have not taken the time or courtesy to respond to any emails.

I guarantee that if it happened to his pool, he would definitely redo the plaster.

They are intentionally avoiding my calls and emails because they know that I would like them to remedy their poor workmanship.

I would not recommend this company to install a pool.

Once they collect your last payment, you are left to no response.

My experience was terrible, similar to most of their customers. My biggest issue is that after the pool was filled, just 1 month ago, the pool surface is ruined. Most of the color is gone and their are streaks down the sides. It started out as a medium blue and looked great. I'm not a chemist so I had the water tested a leslies pools each week and added the suggested chemicals. I contacted the installer and was given the "we don't bother with the pool chemicals, your on your own". They may charge a little less but it is still just a waste of money. In hindsight, I wish I would have done a little more background work on the business that I chose. There is no fixing it now, so I will have to just live with a pool that looks worse than the original, or have it all redone again. I hope that if your looking for someone to replaster your pool that you will take my advice and choose a better company. This one will only ruin your pool.
