Just not a good experience. The Jimmie is nice enough guy. He came, looked at the job and promised he would send me an estimate. Never did, a few days passed, I reminded him, called him again in a few days, never got a return call, then another dude named Ed called me back saying he would talk to Jimmie and send me an estimate in less than an hour. Never did. Called them again, they never answered. Waited another day before I texted them that they should not be in a service industry.
