I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Forrest was our Technician and he was amazing! He has super friendly service and is very knowledgeable in his craft. He explained how everything worked as he inspected the whole system for us. I'm already referring this company to my friends and family.

Called for an emergency repair and they took me as a priority. Danae was an excellent communicator and had someone within the hour. Will continue working with them.

Dan came out the same day as I called--a Saturday. He arrived before noon, diagnosed the problem within minutes--showed me how he knew what it was and fixed it within an hour. Because my AC is more than 20 years old he easily could have convinced me to buy a new one, however, he took care of me as though I were family. This has happened every time I've used W.E.D.O. His other technicians are equally honest, timely, and the last one who came gave me options when I had a thermostat replaced. I went with the least expensive and he affirmed my decision. I'm so grateful to know these guys have integrity and can't recommend them highly enough.

I called WEDO at 7:45 am about my A/C not working and they were at my house at 9:00 am. Mike was thorough, able to figure out the problem quickly and fixed it. He wants us to wait a couple of days and make sure that what was done is in fact the issue. I cannot stress enough how honest? Professional and reasonable this company is. We will never use another A/C company! 5 star in every area of this company

By far the best service in the area. Immediate response to work requests on rentals, commercial and my residence. Excellent service, reasonable prices, knowledgeable technicians.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! Our AC unit made a very weird noise and smelled like something had burnt. I called WeDo, Dan answered right away, and a great technician was at my door in less than an hour. He replaced the defective parts and we are back to nice cool air!

Our technician was quick to respond to our call and very thorough when working on our heating system. He did some testing and looking around the unit and was able to identify the issue. He then waited around to ensure the system was working properly before completing the job. Highly recommended

This company is amazing! My AC started leaking from the intake vent (?). We hadn't been running it a lot even though it was hot, so I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I called one company had used for plumbing that also did AC. They were going to charge me more than double of what this company charged me and there were no guarantees it would fix it. Then they said if it didn't work, then I'd need a new AC. This company came and found out the tubing that takes care of the condensation was blocked. They not only vacuumed out the tubing, but when it happened again almost a week later, they came out and used something stronger that didn't come out with the vacuum at no extra charge. Now the heat outside is high and we are cool inside. Thank you so much!

Extremely professional and on time. Had my heater go out and had a previous company quote me a ridiculous amount I called them for a second opinion and it was a significant price difference! I’ll be working with them from now on! Thank you!

If I could give Dan 10 stars I would … I have used his services for last 8 years. Super honest and have corrected many other companies “oh no replace immediately” input by giving me an honest update on my heating AC. This is the one company to put in your contacts for all heating AC needs.
