They responded quickly (came the day after I called), and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our shower. Fee was very reasonable. Would definitely use Domco again.

DomCo saved the day. Had a leak in my water mainline coming into the house. Although it was mid-afternoon, Justice from DomCo came out, dug out the pipes and replaced the leaking elbows so that we could turn our water back on in just a few hours !! Justice came back the next day to finish up. Professional , clean, and hard working. Highly recommend! Thanks DomCo!

Domco saved us! They came in and fixed our septic issue without a delay. Jose is awesome and easy to work with. We are happy repeat customers.

We had a water pressure or water heater problem. Called Domco. Sean and Issac arrived to help. They were personable, professional and respectful of our property. When they left, we thought we needed a new water heater. After returning the next day, they made some adjustments and fixed an incorrect installation by another plumber and fixed our problem. We didn’t need a new water heater after all!! Their work was great and they left my garage very clean. In this day of upselling it is so refreshing to find a company that wants to help the customer. Ethics in business is hard to find today, but Domco is a rare company. I highly recommend.

We needed plumbing service to clear a sewer line and reset a toilet. We called DOMCO. They were able to do the job that day and earlier than expected. Eric was our service professional. He did excellent work. He explained everything he did. He showed us that the toilet was set on a double stacked wax ring, because the flange was below the level of the floor, that may have contributed to a leak from the bottom of the toilet. He explained the options and what would be the best solution. He was able to replace the toilet flange to the correct height. He did all the work in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend Eric and DOMCO for plumbing services in Folsom.

I called in the afternoon. They sent someone out the very next morning. Leak was in water maintenance to house so it needed to be fixed ASAP, which they did. Leak was caused by builder who put the pipe up against concrete oversell from pouring foundation. Domco plumber chisled away the concrete. Which I appreciated. My only complaint is that they are not inexpensive.

I woke up this morning actually yesterday to not hot water! Thought sure I needed a new water heater. I called Domco Plumbing because years ago they installed my current water heater. I talked Brandon who gave me some possible problems and solutions! He said he would his staff out between 1 and 3! At no charge! His staff showed up and after analyzing the situation determined it was a fuse problem, fixed it and were on their way!

My husband & I are very satisfied with Domco Plumbing’s service. I called late afternoon & they were able to schedule an appointment to check on our leaky faucet early the next day. Other plumbers I called before would take several days to schedule. Eric (with his trainee Steven) arrived on time
and were able to fix the toilet leak efficiently as well as install bidet & shower head that we requested. Eric explained the whole issue & repairs needed in a way that we can clearly understand. He was thorough & neat, making sure that the area they worked on is left clean & orderly. There’s still another plumbing issue we have that cannot be addressed that day so we will definitely call them again once we have the fixture that we ordered arrives.

I called Domco because I had a leak under my kitchen sink. They sent a tech out right away to fix it. His name is Jose. He knew exactly what to do and got the problem taking care of. He even fixed my leaky faucet without extra charge. I was very pleased with his work. And I would definitely call Domco again and ask for Jose.

Jose was excellent. He arrived well within the time window I was given. He explained the options clearly then did a neat careful job. I’m truly pleased and impressed with the entire service call. Thank you.

Technician Justice replaced our house water valve and some bathroom valves. He was punctual and did the job expertly. Very satisfied with his work and he is very nice. Would definitely use the service again.

We use Domco for all our plumbing needs and haven’t been disappointed. Most recently, they came out immediately to replace an upstairs toilet valve supply line that had failed. Previously, we had them change the main water service manifold outside to a ball valve to prevent leaks. Domco did a wonderful job of installing our new downstairs Toto toilet in March and also put in the sink and faucet for that bathroom. We rely on Domco and never hesitate to call them for any plumbing work we require! I especially like their friendly knowledgeable staff who are extremely helpful! I highly recommend them!!!

Eric is the best! Our sink was plugged so badly that another plumber gave up! We called Domco and they were able to come out right away!!!!! He knew what to do and it finally drained!!!!!!! We are thrilled!! Thanks again! You have a great employee

In the last couple days I had Domco do 3 jobs for me. The first one was rather urgent, my hot water heater sprung a rather substantial leak. They came out on a Sunday and replaced it. The young man who responded was very professional, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable. It was replaced in a matter of a few hours and works fine. The journeyman plummer they sent out was Justice, and though young looking, he had 10 years of experience in the field.

I liked Justice and his work so much I had him return and complete two other additional projects for me which he finished today. Domco and Justice get 5 stars from me. I was also pleased with the interaction I had with Domco over the telephone when scheduling the work. Many thanks…
