We have been using ZEMM construction services since Jan 2022 for various small projects in our house as well as for a major remodeling recently. We loved their service. Called Zemm for help with building out a playground. They were patient with the approval process and made sure to do it right. They estimated three days with building and anchoring the playground. Finished right on time. Highly recommend.

I had a really good experience with Zemm. Riz the owner was great to work with and did a good job replacing a sagging wooden post and installing stucco on a different part of my house. He did a very thorough and complete job installing the stucco which must be done in stages, and the post is strong and sturdy. Riz is good a business man: honest, fairly priced and no nonsense. Overall it was a good experience so I would call Riz again for any more home projects and would recommend him to anyone.

We hired Riz from Zemm Construction to replace bathroom vanity. They are very honest, efficient, knowledgeable and highly skillful. They also gave fair price. The vanity we ordered turns out not completely fit to the old place. They quickly figured out the way to solve the problems. They are very good in communications and clearly explain every steps of the work. After the work is done, they checked everything carefully and fund a bad water leaking. So they work in late hours to fix that! I would highly recommend for you the next project.

Riz is an overachieving contractor, he went above and beyond on the job that was to be done. His team members have a good working relationship with him and respect him for his commitment to the job. My whole house' re-piping needed to be done from quest to copper but he even included getting hand showers installed by his plumber. The look of the final work done is professional too. No job is too small or too big for them plus they give a long term guarantee on the job done. I would be considering them for future jobs too. Thank you
