This location for AC Pro is perfect. Their customer service is great and they are pretty quick about getting things done. Rudi is the manager of this location and he's a great guy. He knows his stuff. Kevin and Bryan are awesome and are always willing to help. Keep up the good work guys.

Bad service

I dropped of a thermostat that they send in to get a refund from the state. They did not give me a receipt or anything and then I never received my refund check. They said we just drop it in a box and send it when we have more. I have called twice, and they say ohh well it must have gotten lost. It has been about a year. Bad service so why would I trust them with something bigger?
