David and the team did a tremendous job on a very technical issue with my La Marzocco GS/3. Great customer service and dedication to work product.

This is definitely the place to go if you've got an expensive grinds-its-own beans coffee machine. They aren't fast - 4 weeks seems to be the norm for a repair - but they get it done well and are polite and professional while doing it. Rates are reasonable.

I purchased all of my equipment from them (Filtration system, grinders, espresso machine and accessories), and they always on time doing maintenance of equipment for us.

My woes with my Delonghi Magnifica started 5 months ago just after my first son was born. (If you’ve had a child, you know that the need for caffeine and coffee is real!). I contacted Express Fix because my machine would not turn on. I took the machine to Express Fix, but when I arrived, the machine worked like normal. We decided to service the machine (o-rings, water pump, etc.). After picking up the machine, it worked for 31 days, just one day past Express Fix’s 30 day warranty. I emailed David and he said they would honor the warranty. He paid shipping costs for the machine both ways and diagnosed the problem, only charging me for parts. I got the machine back and all seemed to be well.

A month and a half later, the machine begin leaking water out of the front. I contacted David again. It was frustrating for both of us that the machine was not working. David offered to trade my machine for a manufacturer refurbished machine he had at no cost to me. It was an extremely generous offer. He went above and beyond and put the customer first. I highly recommend David and Express Fix. Their customer service and integrity are beyond expectations!

Jacob is a professional and extremely knowledgeable about espresso machines. It was well worth the hours drive to find a service company with good quality, good value and responsive service technicians. Thank you for your awesome customer service, I will share with my family and friends this is the place to have espresso machines repaired and service.

This is a great shop! The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up getting some free advice and a taster of their house made cold brew. They also do their own roasting. WOW!

I brought my fully automatic expresso coffee machine for repair and David (owner) greeted me at the front desk. He was very courteous, professional and trustworthy by letting me know that he believed it could be a quick fix. Lo behold, he had it done in less than 10 minutes. When asked how much I owe him David said: ‘just the tips for the guys working on the back’ I was so happy to leave the tips and promptly thanked him for such an excellent service.

I would strongly recommend this shop for any repair needs for fully automatic expresso coffee machines.

Amazing customer service! Brought De'Longhi ESAM3300 Magnifica, and the owner David was able to troubleshoot and repair the espresso machine within 20 min. They also roast Coffee beans and their Nectar of Justice espresso roast is superb! Thanks again!

I got a super sweet Linea Mini from Expresso Fix about 10 months ago. I called with a small issue and David the owner who is super knowledgeable gave some suggestions of what could be wrong.

I tried some fixes myself but in the end brought the Machine in and Jake was able to help me diagnose the problem and fixed for me under warranty.

I had a very positive experience having Express Fix repair my 20-year old built-in Miele CVA615 Coffee System. They told me there would be a delay because of their heavy backlog, but it was worth the wait. Other companies wanted $150 just for the service call and had very little experience. I made the right choice.

My 12 yr old Saeco espresso machine stopped working, and this was the only shop I could find that repairs this brand. They were in communication with me to let me know their findings and suggestions while my machine was there, and now that I have it back, wow! It works SO WELL! Better than before! I highly recommend this business for your next espresso machine repair! Pricing was reasonable, by the way. So happy.

These guys are the real deal. I went to my usual repair shop only to be given the run around and then was pressured to buy a new espresso machine. After three weeks with no sight of my La Pavoni Professional being repaired I called Express Fix.

Thank God, their knowledge and expertise were outstanding, and their customer service was second to none. I got all the parts needed for a rebuild on my espresso machine and their experts gave me some tips, and even had a hard to find part on-hand. My machine has never worked better.

It is rare these days to find a business that has heart, knowledge, expertise, patience and value.
