Hey guys! Just left Hirsch Pipe & Supply in Lawndale. I read Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t sell the best bathroom fixtures, to go to a supply store. Hirsch was close and had great reviews. I know why! Marco and Kevin were Awesome! They answered all of my questions (no attitude, not condescending) and even spoke to my plumber on the phone to make sure I purchased the right product. Service Excellence at its best. I’ll be back!

Kevin the manager is extremely rude and very poor at customer relations. After I've given them $1000's in business, gave me huge flack about swapping out an $8 can of primer that had stripped threads and could not be closed after one use. Kevin begrudgingly returned the product and after I confronted him with his rudeness and poor customer relations and business management, he told me to get out of there. Definitely won't be dealing with this location again, at least as long as Kevin is there.
