Overall, we had a good experience with Urban Construction and would go with them again. We did encounter some hiccups and delays along the way (part of any job right?), but Elias was responsive and always made sure we were satisfied. His team is polite, respectful, and their craftsmanship is great! Elias is a stand up guy, and keeps his word. Thank you, Elias and team!

Elias eased my fears. I had recently gone through three contractors— all did terrible jobs, failed to complete the work they collected funds for and qualify as nightmare contractors. With so much stress and complaints to the boards, my home sat idle but the idea of allowing another contractor into my home was even more terrifying. Elias was referred to me by a friend and he proved to be honest, trustworthy, efficient and professional. My nervous system was finally at ease. He came by regularly to follow up, they started the job and did not stop until it was completed. I can’t even begin to express how glad and satisfied I am with the quality of their work and equally important if not more— the work ethics these guys demonstrated. I wish I had met them at the start of my project! The amount of headaches, legal leg work and loss funds I could have avoided. But as Elias said to me - “we’re here now” and I can finally proceed with the rest of my project knowing there are actually good construction companies out there!

Urban Design and Construction is an excellent company. We used their construction services for a major renovation at Seacoast Church in Redondo Beach, CA, in 2022-2023. The owner, Elias Gonzalez, understood our vision and goal in the project. His team provided excellent service, working in our timeframe, on budget, meeting our deadlines, rebuilding the interior and exterior of the main building, and exterior of a second, historic building.
Their coordination with other subcontractors providing electrical, plumbing, and other services was great and very efficient. Urban stepped in and picked up our job after a prior general contractor had quit.
