He was meticulous, even measuring the attic door to ensure the new unit would fit through. He took the time to carefully explain his plan and provided a detailed estimate. On the day of the installation, he was punctual, efficiently removed the old unit, and cleaned up the installation area thoroughly, making the whole process smooth and pain-free.
