My experience with Alejandro was pleasant and helpful. He was thorough and courteous. He adjusted my heater so it would not overheat as well as increased the upper temperature range for heat. He also kept Villara’s appointment with me this afternoon instead of another day.

I had a great experience with Villara. AC went out this weekend so I left a message asking to schedule a service. They were quick to reach out and get something scheduled within 48 hours. The tech (Zaki) was through and polite. He checked every part of the HVAC system and walked me through the best option to both fix the issue and protect our house in the future. Our issue was fixed same day.

Zaki came out and fixed my heating issues with friendly and professional service. He also installed my nest thermostat and stayed while it booted up and made sure it was good to go. Would recommend!

David did a great job fixing my clogged toilet. He went over the pricing beforehand clearly and tried his best to keep costs at the lower end. He also answered every plumbing question I had patiently and did a great job doing general inspections. Overall, fabulous work by him.

Martin performed the yearly AC inspection and did a great job explaining the items listed on the system performance report. He explained how to address any items of concern and provided quotes for those items. Very professional, completed job quickly, and patiently answered my questions. Great customer service!

Morofu was amazing. Very professional, informative and went above and beyond for me.

Our AC broke down on one of the hottest weekends in Lathrop and we had a local HVAC company come out first to diagnose the problem. Then we were recommended to reach out to Villara because they were the original installer and they’re licensed with the manufacturer for replacing parts that may be under warranty. At first we were scheduled at the end of the week but Villara called back due to a cancellation so we got very lucky!

JR called me the morning of to let me know he was on the way and asked me what was going on. Long story short, our AC motor was not blowing any air into the house. JR said he would go to the store first to get parts he may need in case something else was going on.

JR is super efficient, transparent, honest, empathetic and explained all the nuisances very easily for me to understand. He broke down the costs for me which was very helpful. Thankfully he was able to fix everything on the day of appointment and the new parts have 1 year warranty. I’m so grateful for his superior service and advice since this was a new to us as first time home owners.

I highly recommend Villara and would want JR as our dedicated tech!

JR and the Villara team are awesome! Great communication about arrival times, excellent service, and as others have stated, very knowledgeable about the equipment and installation. Morufu is the nicest and most experienced technician I have ever met. He takes his time to solve things and is very detailed oriented. Great customer experience and I hope to see him again.

Edin is very knowledgeable, his demeanor shows that he really cares about the job and makes me feel confident that he’s doing everything in his power to ensure that my system is working at its best. I have had a total of 3 techs out here so far which all are good but Edin took the time to explain everything and was very professional and polite. I would give him 10 stars if there was an option to. Very good technician.

Martin from Vallara was exceptional! We were impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. He took his time to answer all our questions with kindness and integrity. We can tell he is an expert in his field and is willing to go the extra mile. We had a tech come out. Morufu did an awesome job and took care of us well. He also found an electrical issue in our attic that we didn't know about. Great service, would highly recommend!

Our A/C broke down over weekend on Friday and initially they scheduled to see us on Wednesday. I called them again Monday morning and they were kind enough to schedule us today (Monday). Lead Technician “JR” quickly responded to the call and in no time he was able to fix our A/C on this triple digit weather! He even went above and beyond to check our room’s vent that is not blowing enough air. Thought a few tips on how to keep the room cool. Very nice, courteous, down to earth person who is guided by principles of God! My wife and I like him because we just found out that he is also a Christian. You’re a Christian first before your profession! But that is just my preference and opinion. Overall, JR did very well in his profession. I would recommend him and trust him for technical repair just like we had.

We have the maintenance package with Villara and they called to schedule our routine service. Office staff is always pleasant and on top of things. Adan, our technician was on time and explained all the maintenance he did on our AC/heating system including showing pictures of the areas he checked. Great, friendly, professional, and extremely thorough service.

J.R. visited our home for an AC/Furnace tune-up. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
I also enjoyed the fact that he originally worked on our unit when the house was under construction.
It's nice to actually see some quality customer service as it comes far and few these days.

The technician Adan Nunaz as per schedule and as part of winter maintenance from Villara. He did a thorough check up of the heating system, cleaned the dust, and taped where hoses have bit loosened at joints. He explained everything what he did with system and showed all the pictures he took. Really appreciate their quality work and I strongly recommend Adan and his company for anyone to get their services.

Villara installed new heating and air-conditioning units for us. They were very efficient, hard working and friendly. After getting several quotes from different companies, we went with Villara not only because they had the best prices, but they also had great reviews. All of the technicians were great, but Steven Tanberg was amazing. He was very efficient and extremely helpful with explaining our new system and the best settings for the new thermostat. We highly recommend requesting him for any work you may need.

Excellent Service and Expertise!

We today had the pleasure of having David over to our home for some plumbing work and we were thrilled, thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by David during his visit to our home.

From the moment he arrived David impressed us with his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us, patiently answering all of our questions about water filtration and plumbing. His expertise was evident as he inspected all of our faucets and plumbing fixtures, ensuring everything was in top-notch condition.

Not only did he provide exceptional service, but he also offered us some great deals on the water filtration system we were interested in, which was an added bonus!
