I was recommended this company by my other plumber who said they didn't do sewer line work. Dispatch was super friendly and had one of their guys out within the hour. He was friendly, explained that the back up was either and issue for them or the city. He contacted the city. He waited at least 40 minutes for them to come out. He kept me updated. They didn't charge us for anything, because the back up was on the city side of the line. So I wanted to leave a review and say I would be happy to use this company again when needed.

Our water heater recently stopped working, so we called Rapid First Plumbing. They responded immediately and replaced the water heater and brought the installation up to code by the next morning.

Travis did a great job clearing our lines after our toilet was backed up. He made sure the lines were clear and showed us the camera so we could see the pipes. He arrived earlier than expected and was very thorough! Great job!!

I would like to thank Travis for responding quickly and taking care of us with such short notice.

Fixing the leak in our main water line required sawing a hole in our patio and removing the soil to locate the water line. Leo took great care to insure the surrounding area was protected during each step. After repairing and testing the leak the native soil was placed back in the hole and the area was cleaned.

EXPERT SERVICE, Tech was outstanding and should get a raise in salary. Our prior experience has been the same for many years. The only plumbing company to call. 10/10

Your technician, Chue L. arrived 9:20 a.m. after stopping at the store to pick up parts. He spend time digging up the ground after he broke through the concrete. He was able to locate the leak from a cracked pipe. He replaced the cracked pipe with another pipe. Tested the pipe and found no leak. He back filled the hole, and recemented the walkway. He sent me photos of the new pipe
and the completed cement work.

Excellent service and excellent employees. I called for service on a Friday afternoon and Leo arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem as a slab leak and got us an appointment for someone to come and find the leak on Monday. He also gave us an estimate for the leak detection service. Leo and the leak detector guy (sorry I don't remember his name but he was awesome) showed up on time on Monday, detected the leak and gave us an estimate to have the leak repaired. Leo and another guy showed up Wed morning, repaired the leak and replaced the cement in the foundation all in one day. Leo also went above and beyond by replacing the worn out on/off valve at the outside of the house from the mainline from the street. Great people, great service and great job. We will definitely call them again if we have to.

Alex was great, taking great care to cover the floor with a rug before placing his equipment. He explained what he was doing when clearing the clogged sink. He checked to make sure there were no leaks from the pipe when it was reassembled and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed
I would call them again without hesitation.
The office gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment, Alex appeared well within the time frame and I was notified when he was on his way.

Rapid First was wonderful to work with! They showed up on time for a quote and assessed my issue. I was blown away by how honest and straightforward they were: Angel and his partner were talked me through the drain issue I was having, and acknowledged that my problem was simple enough that I should just fix it myself. (I just did, and they were right.) They saved me something like $250 and earned a loyal customer for any future plumbing issues! I'll definitely hire them for my next job.
