I called this company based on “Electricians near me” because I had an issue where my formerly recessed light was no longer recessed. It was hanging from the wires with broken pieces.

The electrician had me send him photos, then was very helpful walking me through steps to install my newly purchased light. Not only was he willing to help me, but he never made me feel stupid for not knowing how to do such a simple task. This was all I needed to complete the job.

If I have any “real” electrical issues in my home in the future, I know exactly who to call. I didn’t get your name, but if you’re reading this, thank you again for your help!

Edit... I have now used them a 2nd time and once again they came in hundreds less than the competition. It's not just the value though, it's also their commitment to professionalism. They showed up on time, executed the task at hand in quick time I might add and did excellent clean up. You can trust this company.

New Quest Electric has rewired our entire garage, fixed several potentially dangerous circuits, installed a dedicated circuit for an EV charger, and resolved a few other electrical issues that were present when we purchased our home. Everyone at the company is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and really helpful by providing information that allowed us to understand how things should function properly. They are very well organized and a pleasure to work with when they are at the house. I highly recommend them!

We had some faulty wiring in our main bedroom bath that other companies thought they had fixed, but the problem never was resolved. Adrian from New Quest isolated the issue immediately and proceeded to correct a spaghetti of wires to fix it permanently. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We also had a dedicate circuit installed in the garage. The work was professionally installed. I will use them again for sure.

We had a terrific experience working with New Quest. Nick and his entire team were great. They had to relocate our primary meter location and convert the location of the old meter to a sub panel. Everything turned out great! Side note worth mentioning to support the character of the company, one of the subs they used for the stucco repair accidentally hit my garage door while walking out. He came and told me what happened. I could not see any damage, he expressed the whole door moved. It turned out it messed up the lift motor. Nick replaced the broken opener with a new one. Great people who do great work! I would not hesitate to use them and recommend them to friends who need work done. Thank guys, appreciate the great job!

Words cannot truly express how impressed I was about Nick, Gabriel, and the 2 Oscars. But, allow me to try.

[Initial Contact]
Nick, the owner, was very on-time to do the estimate, and it didn't take long for him to get back to me. He sent Gabriel and Oscar to come do the majority of the work, and they were extremely professional about the job. The work involved installing new lines, fixing existing outlets, and installation of some new center-piece lighting. And, they were on-time both days.

[More Requests/Work]
They did such a good job that I asked them to do EVEN MORE work, involving recessed lighting, yet another new line, and even a change of all outlets to decora. We went from 2 days of work to 8 days of work, with 2-4 people coming every day. By the time all was said and done, they had touched EVERY SINGLE room of the house (including the kitchen and garage), both outlets and lighting. And, they did the work in a timely fashion as well.

[Attention to Detail]
I was remarkably impressed with their attention to detail. Changing ALL of the outlets in the house is REALLY EASY to miss. They even found the ones behind the laundry and inside closets to change. Gabriel was extremely thorough to ensure that the work done was done properly.

[Service]
The service was great too! I had not known what I was doing on recessed light positioning, and I ended up changing all the positioning. They had to drill a LOT of new holes and make lighting installation movements/changes on my 25-ft high vaulted ceilings. They didn't extra charge me a single cent. Instead, they wanted to work with me to make them look nice.

Professionalism: Amazing and on-time
Work Quality: Absolutely 0 complaints!
Service: Very hard to find anyone else that is better

[Reflection]
Needless to say, I am extremely happy with their work. My wife ABSOLUTELY LOVED how the recessed lighting turned out with the modifications to our original plan. I was so thrilled when I saw the delight on my wife's face. And, Nick/Gabriel and team are the ones that made it happen!

The next time we have more work to do (my parent's house is next), I'm definitely going to contact them again!
