Awesome job done by their team..they showed up on time and located the issue with the AC in the first 5 mins..they were prepared with the parts and had the AC back running within a couple hours. Great job.

Job well done i had a freon leak in my air conditioner Jose diagnosed the issue, his final recommendation was to replace my system i got a few bids not only was his bid a few hundred dollars more but his was the only bid that included city permits. That was a plus, other companies bids ommited the need for permits. For that reason i recommend this company to anyone that needs a new system.

He was able to determine and resolve the problem where others could not. Since then Pacific AC & Heating team have serviced my furnace, AC and fireplace exclusively. The owner, responded quickly even thought it was late on a Friday. By Monday, I had a confirmed appointment with a technician for an installation on Tuesday afternoon -- all during a heat wave. The technician did a great job at a reasonable price and He was extremely professional and helpful in supplying me with the insurance documentation that I needed for my building.
