Great guy to work with, Professional and honest.

Keiran and his team are absolutely top notch. We have used them twice in our historic hike in San Francisco and have compared him against many other contractors. Without a doubt Keiran is the most professional, does the highest quality work, and let can be completely trusted to take care of everything end to end. Highly highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to work with Kieran and his team. The task of refurbishing, replacing architecturally correct windows, 4 stories up was not an easy task. He provided beginning to end work, paying attention to all of the details; from pulling permits for the special spec windows that had to be used, to the build of the historically correct pieces, and installation into a space that was difficult to access, and through a residence that was inhabited. Everything went smoothly with Kieran's communication skills, constructions skills, and vast knowledge of the permitting landscape.
Kieran and Broad Oak far exceeded my expectation of the relationship between contractor and home owner. Kieran is smart, knowledgable and highly skilled. Paramount in this transaction are his communication skills and character, truly blessed to be able to work with such an good person.

Kieran gave me an entirely different experience on remodeling from other GC that I had worked with before.

I came to Kieran with a fixed budget that I knew was not enough to cover everything that I wanted to do.. So Kieran helped me prioritize on areas that would bring out the maximum enhancement of the property value. We ended up gutted one bathroom and completely rebuilt it. We also fixed up some parts of the other bathroom. We touched up the fire place and repainted the whole interior. The results far exceeded my expectations.

Kieran is very thoughtful and trustworthy. He is great at catching the smallest details. The quality of his work is superior. I am very happy with his services, and will absolutely work with him again.

Kieran recently completed a kitchen and bath remodel for us. He gutted and completely redid both rooms. From start to finish, Kieran was easy to work with. He showed up on time or early for every meeting and was well prepared with the right questions to ask to guide us through the process. He worked tirelessly to finish the project on time and on budget. When we had some delays that were outside of his control (eg cabinets not being delivered on time), he worked overtime to get us back on track so that we could still finish the project on time. We got multiple bids for our project and his came in around the middle, but unlike other contractors he didn't try to increase his profit with frivolous change orders. I will definitely hire him again for other remodel projects. I give him my highest recommendation, without reservation

Kieran and his team did several renovation projects for us shortly after we moved into our apartment:
1) Home Theater. Opened up holes in our living room walls and ran channels to support in-wall surround sound speakers / in-wall wiring for our home entertainment system and then drywalled and repainted.
2) Medicine cabinet installation and assorted work in our master bathroom.
3) Backsplash tile installation in our kitchen.

Fantastic work on all fronts - projects came in within initial estimates, which were competitive, and we've had no problems with any of the work several years later. Kieran was an outstanding communicator, prompt, and professional, which was critical during the home theater remodel since we had to pivot the project a few times after cutting into the walls and finding non-standard studs in unusual places.

Would definitely recommend and hire again.

We worked with Kieran, Mark, and the Broad Oaks team on a kitchen/living room remodel in spring/summer 2021. We can not recommend them highly enough. In the beginning, Kieran was able to help us understand the cost of the project in a way no other contractor had before. He worked with us to figure out layout and design challenges, based on his wealth of prior experience, and proposed possibilities we never would have considered. His ideas had a huge positive impact on how the space turned out. It was obvious he'd worked on incredible spaces in the past. The team at Broad Oaks, including every subcontractor, was a pleasure to work with and maintained the utmost professionalism, attention to detail, and care—which was of particular importance during Covid, since we lived in the house with our 4-year-old throughout the project. We experienced limited dust and debris, our pets were kept safe, and the remainder of our house, property, and belongings were shown care and respect. We can't wait to work with them on our next project.

Kieran and his team met and exceeded our expectations. Having worked with him on multiple projects now, we appreciate his detailed eye on designs and creative approach to problem solving on site. If any unknown or unforeseen issues arise, Kieran takes these items head on and the project is all the more beautiful because of it.

Kieran and his team are top notch professionals and if you are wondering who you should hire, stop here and hire Broad Oaks Construction. Kieran worked with me and my architect to completely redo my primary bathroom down to the studs. We were able to capture extra space, add a motorized skylight and make the bathroom feel twice as big. He is comfortable working with all budgets and has worked with high-end designers in San Francisco, so he was able to bring that knowledge to my project even though I did not hire a designer myself. My bathroom including a custom white oak floating vanity with a marble top, white Fireclay tile throughout the shower, and custom mirrors with mounted lights. He is flexible, extremely responsive and cares about the details as much as I do. His crew is also kind, clean and considerate. If you hire Kieran you won’t be disappointed.

Kieran and the Broad Oaks guys are terrific: responsive, detail-oriented, skilled, and thorough. Kieran is honest about what a project will entail and whether it's worth it. He gives thoughtful advice but isn't pushy. His crew shows up on time and does a great job, and Kieran always follows up to make sure we're happy with how the project turned out. We really love working with Kieran and look forward to hiring his team for many more projects!

Kieran and Broad Oaks renovated my entryway and staircase. They demo-ed the stairs and flooring, installed tile and electrical, painted the stairs and helped install wallpaper.

Kieran is a real pleasure to work with. He kept the project moving and constantly checked in on the progress. He’s a true professional and was very upfront and honest and fees and costs. He also helped me find ways to save money and firmly stayed on budget. And he’s really funny! I highly recommend him and Broad Oaks.

I can't say enough great things about Kieran and his team. They helped us with three projects so far including an impromptu bathroom remodel and kitchen lighting remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. He is friendly, responsive and always oversees what is going on with the projects. He makes sure to follow up with us constantly to make sure everything is going well. I recently had the pleasure of working with Broad Oaks Construction to remove a wet bar and all associated parts. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

Kieran and his team were amazing! They did a full remodel on our kitchen and bathroom. It was great working with him. He was quick to respond to our call/emails, would call us almost daily with updates (we weren't living at the remodel site), and provided us with a wealth of knowledge about the best vendors to use in the Bay Area. From the moment we met Kieran, he always made us feel supported and taken care of. It was our first time remodeling anything and he was extremely communicative and always available for questions, comments, or feedback. It is very obvious that he is as passionate about your project as you are, and his fine attention to detail will ensure nothing goes unnoticed.

We started by not really having a great vision of how to make what we wanted a reality, and he came in with ideas, helped us source materials, and always had our best interests in mind. He was able to advise timelines to ensure our project would continue moving ahead, despite the supply chain issues that everyone faces. He also provided ample documentation and spreadsheets to help us keep track of what we needed, what we had, and to ensure that we were keeping on budget.

He is extremely personable, as is his whole team of subcontractors. If we had any concerns or issues, we were able to easily address them and he handled them immediately.

We still can’t believe how well our vision became a reality and can confidently say Kieran was a catalyst to make that happen. We would recommend Kieran to any and all of our family and friends and we plan on working with him on future projects of our own!

Kieran was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish; we truly cannot recommend him more highly. He and his team handled a gut remodel of our kitchen and bathroom. From our initial meetings to set out scope and expectations, Kieran helped guide us in understanding what was and was not possible given the both the physical constraints of our condo and our budget. He was always available for any and all questions and really helped us form the vision for our remodel. Once construction started, he kept us updated with daily reports and pictures and set realistic expectations for the progress. Because he was so thorough in planning from the start, we didn't have any major surprises. Even when there were a couple of hiccups (like the counter guy somehow sending the complete wrong material), he worked quickly to resolve the issue so there was no added delay. Amazingly, the projects were finished on time and on budget and the results are outstanding. Kieran really knows the ins and outs of every step of the remodel process - from planning to material selection to subcontractors to navigating the impossibly complex world of permitting in SF. We would absolutely work with him again and have recommended him to everyone we know.

Kieran and the entire Broad Oaks Construction Team have been amazing to work with.
